Relax on the patio or join us in the bar for great happy hour deals including $5 Martinis and $3 beers every weekday from 3PM - 6PM.
This restaurant was chosen because of great Mediterranean salad on first visit. This salad was removed from the menu. Chopped salad was chosen. It was over priced and was not very tasty.
My guests were not impressed. $70 for 2 salads , one sangria and a cheeseburger was steep.
The restaurant was closing early.
My daughter's work schedule necessitated the 730 pm dinner time.
Our waitress was a little slow on taking our order and It may have been because she thought we were waiting on someone else. The food took a while to come out and the restaurant wasn't really crowded and when the food did come out it was warm and not hot as I had expected. I am not a fan of sending my food back.
The place was empty von a Friday night. Once we received our food I knew why. Food was cold, value not good. Not the Weber Grill I know.
Great comfort food experience! Love the generous portion of meatloaf!
My husband took me on my birthday I love the pretzel bread he love his steak and the ambiance is always romantic.
The food was very good. However we were super disappointed with the menu change. I was really looking forward to the pork chops with the whipped sweet potatoes and my Mom really wanted the prime rib. We ended up getting the ribeye and it was very good. Also everything is now a la carte , i was not thrilled with how fast the cost piled up. Our server was great though.
Was disappointed by some of the menu changes, but still an excellent dining experience.
As we were on our way into Weber Grill one of the people that was dining with us slipped on the wet sidewalk. The Staff of Weber Grill came right out and ask if there was anything the could do.
Once we were seated and had finally decided on what to order the staff member was helpful answering any questions we had.
Would highly recommend Weber Grill.
Very nice place, will visit Weber Grill again very soon.
I have been coming to Weber for several years now, about once a month weekdays for lunch. Typically business lunches. Today was a Saturday and asked server if they had different menu because of weekend. She told me it was the new menu. I ordered the steakhouse salad. It was good but not $18 maybe $12. Use to order sandwiches. I wish them well with this menu change but I will take it off my list of places to eat. Service was okay. Prices were high. Food was okay. I didn't like the new selection for lunch menu and won't come back.
The salmon was tasty but a super small portion for 20.00.
At the prices this place charges, I expected SOMETHING to be 1st class, but nothing was. Everything about this place sucks. Prime Rib can be cooked with flavor; mine had none. Medium-rare meat can be served warm; mine was stone-cold. And after I politely requested that it be warmed up under the broiler, it came back maybe 5 degrees warmer. Even the service sucked. There was hardly anyone in the place at 6:30 on a Sunday evening—not a good sign. I give this place 6 more months, tops.
Food was overpriced for what you get, $10 for 1 thin crab cake appetizer. Drinks are overpriced, $10 for a small margarita. $34 for a NY strip and 1 side. Meal didn't even come with a salad like at a lot of places. Server wasn't the best, had to ask for bread and refills of our water pitcher. He kept forgetting to bring things we ask for. He didn't check on us very much. I'm just glad we had gift cards because if I had to actually pay I'd have been really unhappy. Our bill was $155 for 3 dinners, 3 margaritas and an appetizer. Won't be going back because I've had better at Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn and Outback.
Food was generally ok but was not hot. Pretzel rolls were very dry and bun for burger was a pretzel roll.
Have been here for cooking school events in the past which are lot's of fun. Service was slow on the restaurant side this time when it was not that busy. Carefully read the wine list relative to their 1/2 bottle pricing. My wine bill was double of what I thought it was going to be.
My wife and I go to Weber Grill 3 - 4 times a year, and enjoy the variety offered on menu, and service is always very good and employees very sociable and willing to make sure your experience is very good.
This restaurant never disappoints! Amazing service, food and a super tasty Bloody Mary....definite must try!
Great service, great food but waited a LONG time (20 min) to be seated and to get food, despite
having reservation. Wouldn't mind as much if I didn't have young (impatient) children!
Service was very slow. It took an hour for our food to arrive.
The soup which was supposed to come first, came out after the main course.
Quality of the food was low average.
Food was OK - meats were good as expected, but sides were cold and/or sloppy. Service was poor - forgotten courses, forgotten beverage orders, etc. Pleasant server but I'd rather have efficient/effective service. Very disappointed - I used to love this place and the last few visits have been disappointing. Probably going elsewhere in the future...or enjoying them in Chicago/Indianapolis.
The prime rib was good, although we were disappointed that we could not get it medium rare. Salad was okay. Good wine at a reasonable price. Our server was excellent; he was very accommodating of our desire for modifications. He and the manager were quck to respond and fix any problems.
This was our first visit. The food and service was great! Will visit again.
ran out of the pineapple upside down cake dessert. only had 1
Sat for a bit before we were noticed at the table; waitress was dealing with 2 other large parties. Ended up with a different server — not a top notch experience this time, but it has never happened before and will not keep us from coming back! Food was fantastic as always!!
I have never not recommended a restaurant to a friend because I always believe my experience may not be the norm. This was our first visit to Weber Grill. Our server was not on top of things with getting our order or following up with drinks. The food was very good, but for the price I'm not sure Weber Grill would be back on my list for a dinner location with friends. We did enjoy a drink after our dinner at the bar, which was busy. However, if you sit at the table versus the bar counter (no room) you have to go to the bar for your own drinks. I'm used to that in more "bar like" locations I've been, but I feel that Weber Grill should supply a server for the tables. Again, I thought the food was good, a little overpriced, and trying the lunch menu might be another direction I would go. This was my experience on one Saturday night and I would suggest others reading this review to try it themselves rather than relying on my review.
Our server started out strong, approaching our table within in a few minutes of being seated quickly by the host. He gave us a great rundown of all of all the specials and seemed like he was "on it", but that swiftly changed. He repeatedly forgot items making us wait almost 10 minutes for sweetener for tea (I finally got up and grabbed a sugar caddy from a vacant table). He brought our salads before our appetizer and then didn't provide enough time to eat these items (Ceasar salad and shrimp cocktail were the best parts of the meal) before bringing our dinners, which were mediocre. The steaks were just average and did not taste like they had been aged. We never got bread that was promised, twice. He never refilled drinks or pulled plates until I stacked them up and put them on the edge of the table. Overall, a pretty disappointing experience and I'm not sure that we will return due to lack of value.
Everything sucked the last visit. But it was just a bad day we believe. Will never try a burger there again. Salmon has been top notch every visit. Worth it 9 out of 10 visits.
We gave them a second chance as we had bad service last time, but the food was good. Went again on a Friday evening and once again had bad service, but this time the food was overcooked as well. Will not be going back again...
Great place, kitchen was a little slow our waitress was amazing! Great times and excellent location.
Delinquent service. The server seemed to be preoccupied with nothing. Forgot some items. Just not attentive or detail oriented.
The food was delicious, and the service was great. Brandon was our server, and he was fabulous. We’ll definitely be back!
Just happened upon this restaurant as we were planning a visit to the Galleria Mall. We are from out of town and so happy we found this great place for lunch. Everything was great!!
I had a 7:00 pm reservation and showed up :15mns early. I checked in and wasn't seated until 7:20. I saw 4 to 5 couples be seated ahead of me after 7:00pm. I checked with the host 2x's and asked him what was the hold up, "I 'm working on getting you a table" was the reply. The place was NOT overly crowded. We were finally seated by the bathrooms and didn't received my food until 7:55 p.m. I kept my cool because it was my wife's birthday and other places were booked. So my recommendation is a 'MAYBE'
Me and my lovely girlfriend went to Weber on a date and I was wanting to spoil her so I went ahead and told her to order what ever she wants so we got the steak skewers witch were absolutely delicious, and she ordered the New York strip (medium well) and I order the ribeye (medium) he steak was over cooked and super dry and mine was medium rare and unseasoned it had no flavor and for a 45 dollar steak I expected it to be amazing the only thing that we had that was good was our appetizer and the potatoes, we’ll still return but we aren’t spending money like that again
We decided to visit for the first time for my birthday. While the food was just OK, the service was poor. We had to track down our waiter every single time we were out of drinks, needed condiments and more silverware. I ordered a coffee with dessert and he asked if I needed creamer or sweetener - I said I needed sweetener and he never brought it. I never drank my coffee, and by then I was tired of “working” to get some service. We probably won’t return.
This was by far, the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. It was actually no service. The food was really good (but parts were cold because of the lack of service).
I went to visit friends in St. Louis and we decided to choose a new restaurant. Overall the food was good. Some of it was a little bland, but the steak I got was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly, but it seemed busier when we arrived than when we left and all the sudden our experience went really downhill around mid-meal.
Our cups weren't being filled, she forgot our drink orders several times. The general manager offered to take the drinks off our bills but when we received them that hadn't happened and we still hadn't received our drinks. They forgot sides for multiple people and when we reminded them, they never came back with them so all they removed was $3 from the total bill.
I'm sure with a different service experience my overall score and experience would have been better but as it stands now I'm not sure I'd be eager to go back. I'd definitely tell people the food was worth having though.
Outstanding food. They rushed us by bringing the main dishes when we had barely started the appetizers. My meat was over cooked, but they took it back and made a new one, which was great.
Fantastic food and dinner. I took my wife before going to Helium comedy club and we really enjoyed our dinner. I chose the prime rib cooked rare and it was fantastic, melt in your mouth with great flavor and crust. My wife chose the prime burger and it was fantastic as well, great flavor and quality. We also split the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer served with pita chips and I truly thing this is the best I have had, slight smokey flavor adds a wonderful twist to the classic app.
Horrible Service- found a bug in my daughter's food, CRAWLING! We tried to get the servers attention to tell her of this but I'm pretty certain she was avoiding us. Unevenly cooked salmon. My wife had to flag someone down to tell them - THE MANAGER took it back to the kitchen and put a nice char on it. My wife thought it was a fresh piece but it wasn’t (I didn’t tell her) When it came back to the table the wood board it came with was visibly burnt. This obviously suggest the poor attempt to evenly cook the fish. I won't come here again for food. MAYBE a happy hour. Expectations are low because you can get drunk ANYWHERE. So this would be the equivalent of drinking in an alley. Don’t come if you want to have a nice dinner with your family. Service and food is trash in my opinion.
