Don’t let my service rating deter you. Honestly I think it was our servers first day but she was completely clueless. Thankfully we sat right next to the kitchen and the chef just started personally taking our orders. Even when we tried to talk to our server when the chef was busy preparing food she basically told us to just talk to him. She didn’t know what a martini was to tell the bartender, she wasn’t sure if sangria came by the glass, she often just stood at the bar not being attentive. However, the food was really excellent. The Chef gave us some samples of other things he was preparing as well. If you do sit by the kitchen, it’s a fun experience although it does get pretty warm so dress light!

I’m not one who writes a review but the food, chef and staff were so amazing, I felt compelled to leave this for all. The food was thoughtfully prepared, had purpose and if you’re seeking a unique culinary experience, this is a must. The chef personally takes you though the dining experience from start to finish…. If you’re a foodie…. this is for you!!

We had an amazing experience at WE Grill and we had a very nice conversation with the executive chef Marco!
The food was absolutely excellent and fairly priced compared to other restaurants on the island.

This place is now called WE Grill & Kitchen and it is amazing! It’s an open concept where you can watch Chef Marco Arnold (previously of NYC) work his magic. The menu is a nice fusion of American, Italian, and other flavors. Very reasonably priced, especially for Turks & Caicos. Everything we had was delicious and we even got to spend time talking with Chef. An all around wonderful experience and a must-do when in Providenciales!!

We showed up unsure of the location but was comforted walking in to a nice looking restaurant. We were greeted by a server and told to sit anywhere. We were then brought menus and the server took our order for a starter. We ordered the cauliflower steak. The waiter came back and asked how we wanted our steak cooked and we politely told him it’s cauliflower. Had to point to the item on the menu. Seems like staff could use BETTER training of the menu. Well our single slice of cauliflower arrived, jt was an underwhelming started fir $20 slice of cauliflower, the sever asked what we wanted to order next. We don’t eat meat and we saw all the steaks come with potatoes and asparagus or a veggie so we asked if the fish was a filet or a whole fish, server wasn’t sure but said he “thinks” it’s a fillet. Unsure of whether we were getting a piece or whole fish still….Then we asked what does it come with, he said butter. We asked if we could add some sides to this sad and lonely possible fillet and he went to ask the chef. Came back to our table and he said the chef said no sorry, WHAT!?!

$50 dollar piece of fish with butter and no accompaniment.

We could not even add some sides to our main dish!? We said we’d like to buy some sides to complete the meal. Nope, chef wasn’t interested. Wow, so they kept pushing us to order and we were over this strange place. We asked for the check and someone else came over to see if everything else was ok. We said we don’t eat meat and would like to add some sides to the fish dish but the chef said no, and she said oh ok - then our server brought us the check and said sorry the prices are too high for you. We were flabbergasted. What an awful place. No customer service. We could understand why there was only one other table. Chef had attitude and was screaming at the staff, not a nice scene to see while out for dinner. We paid the bill and went to another lovely restaurant on the island for dinner. Stay far away!

We enjoyed our meal, but we were the only ones in the entire restaurant. It may have been because we were there on a Thursday - same night as the Fish Fry.

Service and attention was excellent. The food was very good, extremely fresh. We sat at the Chef’s table and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Lovely property and ambiance. Staff was friendly and attentive.
One suggestion would be to have better signage from the main road into the restaurant but otherwise highly recommended.

This is the most interesting and fun-for-foodies restaurant on Providenciales, Turks all covered inside but open to the outside air on one side, it gives the best of inside/outside feel. This is one place not to skip. Menu was friendly to vegetarians.

The service was phenomenal, our meals were delicious and the overall feel to the restaurant was nice. It was a bit tough to find as there was no sign on the roadside for the actual restaurant portion however just follow the front desk/check in signs for the resort.

Brand new only week opened this impressed us with an incredible experience in a botanical boutique setting, with a lot of the ingredients grown on the premises farm to table. This was a magical experience with a group of professionals who really know about food and wine. We had high expectations as there is limited Asian food on the island so the whole group were excited. We booked the chefs table and were welcomed with the beautiful cocktail ‘well refresh’, made from organically grown mint and sweet basil from their garden at the blue onyx bar. We sat down for a meal and had a mixed Asian and Western influence selection. The gastronomy was sublime in particular our favourites were the freshly baked sourdough bread at the welcome with Balsamic vinegar Olive Oil and Parmesan, the Thai Asian spiced mussels, melt in the mouth lamb, the tomahawk steak -so huge but my colleague managed to finish it all which was incredible. The flavours of the Dorado fish were amazing as it had been cooked on a open oak wood Argentinian Grill. The wine selection was excellent and well priced, even the glassware shines with shell like illumination. You must not forget to have the pudding we had the caramelised apple tart and mango sorbet made with real mango some of the team would not share their deserts and they wolfed them down in seconds. The coffee is also fantastic and the after-dinner spirit selection, you can sit and have your after dinner drink by the fire pit under the stars. The whole experience was unique and exclusive and the price point amazing.
