   The restaurant was getting ready to close for the season and this wasn’t advertised so the outdoor amenities weren’t available. The service was rushed and not attentive. The food quality has decreased since previous visit 18 months earlier and some selections didn’t warrant the price point. Overall, the experience was disappointing and mediocre.

   The food is always good, the service is terrific and we enjoy the ambiance. Shout out to our waitress Nicole....she is Terrific!!!

   We have been here a few times and always enjoyed it. Maybe they were just having an off night. Went Saturday night with 7:15 reservations. Sat down right on time and ordered right away. Got the shrimp cocktail right away. Took over an hour to get the salmon dishes and when they arrived we were underwhelmed. Small portions. Maybe we just were really anticipating it because we waited over an hour. Then they gave is the wrong check. An off night for Waypoint. Normally have a good experience

   The four of us waited two hours for our meals. Unfortunately, once the food arrived, most of it was overcooked. The swordfish was like a hockey puck and the lobster was really dry. It was so loud in the restaurant that we could barely hear each other speak. Your best bet is to find another place to eat.

   we always enjoy Waypoint 622, they had the room temp a little warm. conserving energy on a slow day is my guess

   Really nice Shore location for dinner and drinks. Enjoyable atmosphere and fun bar /water scene. Accessible by car or boat. Valet service. Upscale place !!!

   Pretty restaurant and that is about it. I have lived in the area for many years. Wanted to give this restaurant a try after reading mixed reviews. Server had an attitude for the moment we sat down. Took over 15 minutes for him to come back to get our drink order and another 10 to bring the drink. Flounder, which was a special was over cooked, and over sauced. My husband and I had the same thing and plates looked nothing alike. Another diner had Salmon which was also over sauced, so it was a sauce served with salmon. Two of the diners drinks never came out after requested when dinner was served. No one ever came and asked how our dinner was. Dinner runner did not know who which food was to be given for both appetizer and dinner. A restaurant that has the reputation of Waypoint should not be serving "OK who gets the flounder!" two dinners were cleared before the other two were finished eating another big NO, NO in my book!! It was the Sunday of Labor Day but we went early and not the restaurant was not over crowded or too busy. Would NEVER go back!!! Big disappointment!!!

    We were seated on time with reservation. Dining room was very noisy & our table was next to coffee maker which infused our dinner with the smell of brewing coffee. Felt the indoor menu was more of a heavier winter theme than late a summer variety. I ordered flounder francaise from the special menu & had to request sauce bc it was served dry. Nobody at our table was impressed with their entré. All ok, but not special. Maybe the lighter fare on outside patio menu would have been better? Server must have been new. He was a bit slow & inattentive. Dinner was expensive and, overall, must say we will not be returning. Sorry - it was disappointing.
