Attentive waitstaff. Fresh food. Loved the pretzel buns.
Fantastic from beginning to end. The service was impeccable, the coffee delicious, and the special omelette one of the best I have had, which is saying a lot having traveled from the brunch capital, Portland, Oregon.
Also, the host, William, and I hit it off as we both used to live in San Francisco - an added bonus.
I can’t recommend this place enough.
Ordered a couple of options from appetizers, salads, and 3 entrees, and we ate family style. Everything was delicious! We had a fun night and made a very happy memory!
Awesome happy hour and small plates. Nice service. Can be pretty loud.
Love Wayfare’s food, and all is normally spot-on. Showed up early for a 645 reservation. Quickly seated. Saturday traffic slowly trickled in. Found service to be quite slow this time, however. Was quite difficult to get or maintain waiter’s attention, despite only being a 4 top with pretty simple order.
Will be returning, but will likely stick to bar seating in the future.
On the amazing side: Brussels sprouts are some of the best ever, and the pork belly gnocchi was phenomenal!!
Horribly expensive for mediocre at best meal. Poor, inattentive server.
Great brunch! Loved the Benedict, oyster ceaser was under dresssd, but they brought extra dressing which fixed the issue. Great cocktails!
Great restaurant. Excellent food. The acoustics were a bit loud. Overall, love this place.
Grat food and service. Terrific “vibe”. What could be better?
Limited lunch & dinner entree selections, but they are all great! (Many sandwich options.) Great appetizers, excellent happy-hour appetizer and drink specials, and a fantastic and unique selection of cocktails. They also have a great brunch with a good variety of entrees at an excellent value! Not usually overcrowded, there's usually 1-3 tables available anytime.
Brunch was amazing! The service was fantastic and friendly!
The food was fresh, drinks were great as was the service. If you are looking for a more casual place to dine I would recommend it highly.
Little pricey for sandwiches. Limited selections on menue
the food was absolutely amazing, along with the staff! very happy to go here, and will be back soon!! Gnocchi was ridiculously delish :)
Our first time at Wayfare but won’t be our last! Everything was delicious from the creative cocktails to the fresh food!
Service was excellent, too! Highly recommend!
This is a really lovely spot. The staff are truly excellent -- capable, warm, friendly, and accommodating. We greatly appreciated their kind service. Overall, the food is terrific, too, although I have one suggestion: on the lunch menu, for the salad add-ons, perhaps make clear that the salmon add-on is chilled. "Seared" suggests hot, so when our friend's truly seared and mouth-watering salmon entree special appeared next to our salads topped with cold, dry-ish slabs, it was all the more disappointing -- not terrible, still a bit tasty, but not awesome. :-) But I'll be back!
We had a party of 9. The service was excellent as was the food. A great casual restaurant in a cool environment.
Wayfare is delicious. The service is great. It's one off our favorite places to go.
Great cocktail! Great food! Casual attire!
Great food and service! Very nice ambiance too.
The service was not the best. Our server was friendly but not very attentive. The restaurant wasn’t packed so it was hard to understand why I only got one glass of water the hour and 20 mins we were there. The wait for food was also a little longer than expected based on the amount of people there. But they say good things come to those who wait, which was so true because the food was phenomenal! I will definitely return and recommend this restaurant. I just hope the service issues we experienced were a fluke and not the norm.
This was my second time coming and this time wit a party of 10 (including a 1 yr old, 5 yr old, 10 yr old, and 11 yr old) it didn’t take long to get all the food and drinks ordered and if there was an issue it was taken care of promptly. A piece of chicken from my plate was dropped upon arriving to the table and the kitchen whipped up an entirely new dish so quickly I was still able to eat with my party. I loved the bottomless mimosas! Had a blast once again food, ambiance, everything was amazing
Food and service were both good
Would be great on the north shore, decent for New Orleans
Food was great, drinks were strong and great!
The night apparently experienced some kitchen problems so a somewhat lengthy wait for food. However, wait staff made efforts to keep us informed and was apologetic. Food (gnocchi and fish tacos) was tasty with other tempting small and larger choices for future experiences.
The Sunday brunch is awesome; grab some home made biscuits to go !!
I’m so glad I was able to experience such Exceptional food with an ambiance to match!
Great food and cocktails @ brunch. Yummy egg-in-a-nest, chicken biscuit and croque Monsieur. Service was a little slow. Also wish the ambience lived up to the food here
Visiting New Orleans over Thanksgiving. After two dinners in the Quarter wanted a neighborhood experience with something on the menu that all would enjoy. Wayfare was perfect. From the ratatouille arancini to the fried calamari to the asian brussel sprouts. All tasty. Others ordered a reuben and a cubano sandwich. Nice evening.
Gteat choice on the Freret St corridor. It stacks up very well with its neighbors
Great for what we looking for in a more upscale lunch, but not too fancy.
Our go-to Sunday Brunch stop on our way out of town every time we visit New Orleans. Our favorite Bloody Marys hands down! The food is always fabulous.
As usual, the food was delicious, the drinks were tasty and service was fast, efficient and friendly.
Good food. Good service. Public parking lot nearby.
Delicious Fish Taco and Greens, Local Brewery Selection, Great Music Selection, and very Excellent Service!
The food, drinks and service were all outstanding. Portions were good size and the price was very reasonable.
Loved the beignet bread pudding and the arancini! All of the food was wonderful, great atmosphere.
