Hidden away on the beach with stunning panoramic waterfront views, Waves Restaurant offers an amazingly picturesque dining experience.
As a restaurant, it is just perfect for casual group meals, a romantic dinner for two or for a more elaborate wedding – for which they are very well known. Their interior has an easy, coastal feel with comfortable furniture, letting the ocean take centre stage. With glassed walls allowing the maximums views of the ocean in front of you, the feeling of dining by the sea is as real as it gets.
Their team of chefs have created a seasonal and mouth-watering menu that complements the relaxed, seaside feel of the venue. There are also delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and a daily specials board. The wine list is also generous in its diversity with sulphate-free, organic wines available as well as delicious local and interstate wines. There is plenty of paid parking right outside their door and they are open 7 days for lunch &

    We always enjoy dining at Waves. It was a cold but sunny day and of course The Bay looked amazing! The food, service & ambience were all wonderful...that's why we keep going back!!!

    Enjoyed my most recent visit to Waves. Party of 8 for lunch and we all enjoyed our meals from Barramundi, fish & chips, haloumi salad and roasted pumpkin. Such a wide variety of dishes to please everyone. Staff are always patient and professional. And such a beautiful location even though it was a cold and windy day. Lucky it’s my local go to!

    Had a beautiful lunch for a very special celebration and to staff went out of their way to help me with providing a birthday cake etc Thank you all definitely be coming again 😘

    Great venue. Clean with pleasant atmosphere. Food lovely and fresh and well cooked. Sensibly priced. Service very attentive. Music gentle in the background. Not overcrowded. Great view of the beach, and there were parasurfers giving us a great display the day we were there.

    Always great service and the food was incredible and good value . The champagne was very good value too . Only criticism is the ambience , very bright inside at night , softer lighting will make it perfect .
