Beautiful rooftop with stunning views. The techno music was a bit much and really loud but I guess that’s the vibe they’re going for. The food was amazing and priced well, best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had!

Food and ambiance was average. Our server was great though, very attentive which made the experience pleasurable.

It was OK. Unfortunately, drinks were horrible like I order it in a cheap bar for $5. I got signature sushi - it was ok, crispy shrimp was extremely hard and not pleasant to eat.
Burger was good tho. And Brussel sprouts were great.
Don’t think I would come back to this place again.

Hostess station was pretty backed up, didn’t seem like there was a system, even for reservations.

We almost didn’t eat here because the open table info is a little conflicting for dining with a child. We have an infant and it said it was an adult only area on the top of the OT description but at the bottom it clarifies that is only until 5pm.
Anyways- the food and ambiance were amazing. Go during sunset if you can. Service was great from the moment we arrived. They offered us different seating options to ensure our baby was going to be warm enough and recognized that a high top table wouldn’t work with our stroller. We didn’t feel shamed for bringing a baby but they sat us (at a beautiful table) on the outskirts of the full dining area.
I had questions about some of the food and drinks and the waitress was knowledgeable and her answers were effortless and honest.
100% recommend and dining here has made us customers of the brand. We came back to the hotel the next morning just to try a different outlet for coffee and a pastry and had just as pleasant of an experience.
My boyfriend and I are both managers at luxury hotels in NYC and we both agreed this hotel/restaurant is some of the best service and innovative concepts we have seen in awhile!

Brussels sprouts. Get the Brussels sprouts. That alone was the best part of the meal. I got shrimp and good but I can’t even recall. The Brussels sprouts still make my mouth water thinking about it.

Our meal at Watr was great and the ambiance was amazing! We got the sushi and the burger, which were both fantastic. The Brussel sprouts were amazing. The only thing was that it was not very easy to find because the hotel it's located in is huge.

The whole experience was poor. It was an unusually cold night in Miami. The roof terrace does not provide heaters. We moved three times before we found a place comfortable enough to have dinner.
Our server was excellent, yet the food was not. We had the lobster roll, which had clearly been prepared hours before since it was served at our table not even five minutes after it was ordered. The same thing with the rest of the order.

We were in and out in less than one hour.

You can not beat the view not just in Miami but anywhere. If you are in the mood for a quiet date night sit away from the pool as the pool area can get loud.

Wonderful service throughout the meal. Food is overpriced for what it is but that’s the price you pay to enjoy a space like this. The drinks are delicious but maybe overly sweet for my taste. I’ll definitely come again when I’m in town.

Everything was fine except for the food portions for what you are paying for. For example, the short rib nachos came with about 5 chips and 1 small teaspoon scoop of meat on it. It was supposed to be shared between 3 people. It was a $20 appetizer.

But again, this place is somewhere you pay for the "name". Not for the actual value.

First, they bumped our reservation from 6:45pm to 8pm and the hostess said "we did it at 6:37pm" which we obviously did not bc we were waiting downstairs for the elevator at that time... The main hostess was a complete C yoU Next Tuesday. We probably should have not waited it out by getting drinks downstairs and just gone somewhere else. Our mistake.

Food... just no. The worst sushi and so over priced. $30+ for rolls.

Scene... yeah it's a rooftop, great views of the city/beach.

ps what is with the automatically added 20% Service charge everywhere in South Beach?? Is that why service is so terrible (this place especially) bc there is no incentive to actually work for a tip?!

Had anniversary dinner at Watr. Ambiance was great, wait staff was attentive and personable. First time having Peruvian food...the flavors in the ceviche were phenomenal. Sushi was fresh. Definitely will return.

One of my favorite places in south beach! Great food, great service great ambiance. Everything we ordered was delicious. We ordered sushi, nachos, truffle fries, Brussels sprouts...I forget what else but we liked everything!
