Food was okay, ordered nachos that had cold meat on it witch ruined them. The service was awful! Waitress never came to our table to see how food was until we were done eating. Had to ask for water and she acted like we put her out. Since we had a party of 6 they included the tip in our bill so maybe that is why waitress was so bad because she knew she was getting 20% and felt she didn't have to make sure we had everything. Very disappointed cause friend recommend the place but I would not go back.

My first time at Waterworks. Drinks were great apps very good but when it came to entree's I sent mine back :-( Had the Roasted Chicken and felt it was very over seasoned. We will give it another shot. Great atmosphere!!

We had multiple issues, spoke to the manager who was very nice and on the way out even spoke to the owner who was rude and seemed to not even care that we were unhappy. There was a chance we would have been back until we met the owner, we will not be returning.

Great lookout views over the Winooski River. We thoroughly enjoyed the root vegetable bisque, hummus and warm Brie. The Nan bread was warm and delicious and the salads were colorful and very fresh. Our kids loved the Flatbread choices. We'll be back!

Always love waterworks! Brought my parents from out of state and they were blown away. Gordana was an amazing waitstaff. I will always recommend how wonderful the Waterworks is.

I ws very disappointed either the nachos. We got them and they were cold. I sent them back and they still came back again cold. Tasty but cold. Service was slow.
