Great brunch, beautiful views and great customer service
First really lovely evening of the season and they were full ! Glad we had a reservation! We sat on the outside deck and had a lovely dinner! We will be back soon! Service was a little slow at times but i think it was because of the increased business. Our sever was still excellent and we had a great time.
Our first outside the house dinner date was made special by a great meal, a window seat, perfect weather and great service. Seattle Restaurant Week menu didn't disappoint. We each ordered each dish; the carrot soup was divine as was the beet salad. He ordered the salmon and I got the steak and we shared - our own version of surf and turf. I couldn't finish my steak it was so large. Both of them melted in our mouths. He got the crumble and I had the sorbet. Both were delicious. Thanks again for a great evening.
The view and the service was top shelf. The menu for Seattle dining week gave us plenty of choices. We didn’t leave hungry.
we were charge 20% for service fees when we only have party of 4. And the appetizers taste like baby food (carrots soup)
Wonderful food to n a great atmosphere. Chloe the manager is amazing. This is my favorite place to eat after arriving at Sea Tac Airport . Plus the views can be amazing
The service take to long! And they never told me the menu for weekend is only brunch menu. I went with my family because of my birthday and we wanted to eat food not breakfast!. Service slow and take a lot time. Didn’t like. Very disappointed.
Had Sunday Brunch. Outdoor covered patio seating with heaters. Ambiance was great; some noise from the float planes and air traffic from Renton Municipal Airport, but it added to the experience. Right on the water - beautiful setting, great food and beverages.
Took a good friend here for dinner out on the patio. The patio is well covered and with it being a windy day, they had the protective shade down to keep the dining experience pleasant. The food was very good, I had the ribeye special and my friend had the Salmon. both were cooked perfectly. The food is pretty pricy as is the wine. In all though, we had a great time and enjoyed the experience.
Gorgeous view, great service and wonderful food!
My first restaurant experience since the world stopped in March of 2020. Brunch lakeside with electric heat overhead was superb.
The service was great. Good coffee too.
The location is good. We don’t have many nicer restaurants in Renton especially for business. Great view. Service was ok but lacked energy in the restaurant. Our server missed many opportunities to make our visit memorable. Hotel front end staff great, loved the community dog!
Over priced for sure especially for lunch. Decent but not worth the price. Both our drinks were incorrect - twice! I was really hoping it would be a better restaurant experience especially for my client! May give them another try but probably not anytime soon.
The food and service were good but I was very disappointed when the fish and chips, which were advertised as beer battered on the menu, were breaded fish. I've been looking for a good place to get good beer battered fish and chips in the Seattle area since a trip to England two years ago. I had it there once and was hooked. Ended up having it three times while there. The website picture and menu gave me hope that this was the place I was looking for but, no.
Great food and service. The views are beautiful!
Thank you, LetitiaF, for the great review! Sincerely, Steve Nicoles, Water's Table Manager
We had reservations at 6:15pm to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. I have been here once before and it was great, so maybe we just came on a off night. But we didn’t get our starters till around 7:40pm and actual food around 8pm. Not to mention our steak was COLD. Definitely wouldn’t expect this from such a beautiful restaurant.
Hi Keely, Please accept my sincere apologies regarding your experience. That is not how we want to operate at all. How did our team handle the situation of the long wait and cold food? Did we correct the issues? If you have a moment, I would like to hear more about your situation. I am sending you a private message with my email. Sincerely, Steve Nicoles, Water's Table Manager
We had a reservation and still had to wait 1/2 hour for our table. Slow service. When my fish n chips were delivered, only 1 small tater sauce for 2 pieces of fish, ($25) came with the meal. The server asked me if there was anything else? I asked for one more.
It never came and my second piece of fish got cold and uneaten.
Our server was fabulous but had way too many tables and spread too thin. It took forever to get each course, no fault of his. Love the change in menu - food was much better than any previous visit!! Will definitely return. 😁
Thank you, StaciT, for the great review! We are always looking for great people to join our team. Are you interested? :) We look forward to seeing you again! Sincerely, Steve Nicoles, Water's Table Manager
This was our first time dining at this restaurant. It was a wonderful experience and the meal was delicious. The Manager was extremely accommodating due to a rather unique food allergy. Our server, Austin was fantastic!
Thank you for the 5 stars! We are so lucky to have Austin on our team. See you again soon! Sincerely, Steve Nicoles, Water's Table Manager
Nothing but good things to say about this place. You get a beautiful view of Lake Washington while eating high quality food. It’s worth every penny.
We came early and so it was nice and empty. We got a seat next to the window and the view was amazing. The carrot soup was sooo good. It had a light peppery thing happening as an aftertaste that was heat but not really pepper. I had the sandwich and my friend had the steak frites (although I don't think they called it that). The fries were very good, lightly seasoned but not heavy. Her steak was great. My sandwich was fine. It was pretty heavy on the bread and tartar sauce; if I get it again, I'll know to ask for light sauce. The fish was tasty in the sandwich. And then the berry cobbler with gelato for dessert - lovely. It was nice and quiet, even as more people arrived. It seems all hard surfaces but somehow, it's not echoey. I really liked it. And the service was impeccable, the staff very professional and attentive but not hovery. The cleanliness was evident and made eating there feel safe.
Thank you, TheEileen, for the wonderful review! We can't wait to see you again very soon. Sincerely, Steve Nicoles, Water's Table Manager
Brunch was lovely and enjoyed the meal with my family.
A good and varied menu was perfect for our group, and although the tables are appropriately far apart, the ambience was fun. The food was delicious, and they also have a nice cocktail menu. The view is great of course, which doesn't hurt. Service was pleasant if not speedy.
Thank you for the wonderful review and feedback! We hope to see you again soon. Sincerely, Steve Nicoles, Water's Table Manager
Nice place to have dinner with friend’s
Thank you for the 5 stars! Sincerely, Steve Nicoles, Water's Table Manager
Lovely view, Dion our server was friendly and attentive. The chicken Brie sandwich was tasty!
Great patio dining with a view. Wonderful food and drinks too. Thank you.
Wonderful service, wonderful food, wonderful setting!!
Great outdoor distanced seating experience. The patio is well heated. Great food, very friendly and helpful staff.
Great food and great service! Really doesn't get better than having a meal by the water (:
We were seated right away. The food was very tasty. The service was ‘just okay’, not the best. Once seated, all tables were full..... before we got our food (appetizers and meal), two tables vacated with direct sunshine (we were in the shade and was a bit chilly. We asked waiter if we can move to a table with sunshine, he said he’ll check on it. Walked past us a couple times since the request without any acknowledgement of our request. We ended up getting our food, so at this point we weren’t going to move (out of courtesy to all) BUT ZERO acknowledgement from our waiter regarding it for the duration of our dinner. That’s just wrong. I would’ve been alright with him coming back and saying no versus totally ignoring it altogether.
Great service and overall experience. Plan to revisit to verify consistency.
I love the view from this restaurant so would eat here for any occasion!
The foods and the view are awesome. I really recommend the place to my friends.
They accommodated our needs as vegans. Service plus food was amazing!
Quiet with a nice view and tasty food. We ended up inside but it was chilly so that was ok.
A wonderful experience that felt safe in this distancing environment.
Hey JenniferD! Thank you for the 5 star rating! So glad to hear our safety precautions that we are taking are making our guests feel comfortable and safe! We would love for you to join us again soon! Chloe Tinney- Water's Table
Great food, great service, eagles, lakeside dining. No wonder this is our favorite gathering place.
The experience was wonderful, beautiful view, great service Dion and Hostess Katie. The food was amazing and portion size was great. I will be back soon. Thank you for the hospitality.
4 of us for dinner. No ones dinner was considered “great”....just ok. We all agreed the next day that we would not go back. Not worth the higher night our pricing. For the amount of money dinner cost we have better choices. Glad we tried though so we know. Loved the lakeside ombionce.
The patio feels a little enclosed for COVID purposes with the mesh enclosures, but as we were seated right next to the ‘window’ and spaced out from everyone else we felt comfortable. The staff is very conscious and overall we felt good about their COVID procedures.
Brunch was delicious - not a big menu which I appreciate when you do what you do well. And they do! Definitely try the croque madame, it’s huge but SO GOOD!!! And the Lucciola was a delicious boozy option, similar to an Aperol Spritz for brunch - yum! I would definitely come back, COVID or otherwise.
RachelG, Thank you for the wonderful review! I am so happy to hear you enjoyed yourself and felt safe dining with us! We hope to have you dine with us again soon! Chloe Tinney- Water's Table
