Fantastic food&lake view. Great evening
Amazing sunset views over the water, great energetic bar!
nice hotel restaurant but food is not that great. my mom ordered off the SRW menu: salad was good, salmon’s sides were sooooo salty, caramel dessert was good! my fiancé ordered the steak which was also really salty and smashed fingerling potatoes that were meh. i ordered the burger which was just okay—bacon was overcooked and patty was def not “fresh”. fries were the best thing on our table LOL.
The staff completed all our requests exceptional well. Great seat very attentive to allergy. Austen in particular made our celebration awesome. We know he had other clients but felt like we were the only ones.
Great coordination between You and them. Well done all the way around. Thanks so much.
Nice place for dinner
...as always, Water’s Table never disappoints!!
We celebrated 3 birthdays for brunch buffet. Service was prompt and excellent through our meal and desserts. View was amazing of Lake Washington and Seattle! Buffet selection reminded us of our trip to Ireland with variety of offerings, which were all delicious.
Great view and very stylish! Loved the food and great service too
Great view of lake Washington and services
But, it was our anniversary and we asked for a table by the window. The table we got was not by the window, and was cold and annoying because it was right next to the door for their outdoor eating area, and staff was constantly passing thru it all night long.
Nice setting. Service has greatly improved since my last visit. Menu is sparse and needs more variety.
The service at this restaurant is very slow. They are under staffed AGAIN!
Unremarkable food. Disinterested staff. Noisy. Ambience unwelcoming.
We had dinner at Water's Table before an event at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Renton. There were three of us. The restaurant is a lovely clean contemporary space overlooking the south shore of Lake Washington with the Seattle skyline in the distance. Nice! The food ranged from excellent to OK. The tomato and pepper gazpacho was excellent. The summer mixed greens salad with blueberry vinaigrette was excellent. The Draper Valley chicken main was good. The etouffee (Creole dish from New Orleans) was a bold dish to be on the menu, and a good effort, but it was just OK. The beet salad was only OK. One of us has an egg allergy and the waiter was very good about ensuring that everything ordered was egg free. We were charged a $30 corkage fee for the bottle of wine we bought with us. The waiter informed us first, we paid it, and we completely understand why there is a corkage fee; however, $30 is high for this calibre of restaurant in the Seattle area. The noise level was moderate to quiet even when the dining room was full, and we like that. So: Food: Excellent to OK; Ambiance: Nice; Service: Excellent; Noise: Moderate, Attire: Casual to Business Casual; Price: Moderate (high side of moderate).
I wish it was possible to give the majority (80/20) of the 20% gratuity to the Chef. The food was amazing! Table service was horrible. The wait staff was apathetic at best. It seemed that they didn't want to be at work. Tables were mixed up, food came out that hadn't been ordered, and they kept forgetting our drinks. I thought that I was being too critical, but, I could hear other tables having the same conversation about it. Again, the food was amazing! They just need to make some adjustments to the wait staff. We'll try again, in a few weeks.
Food was OK, but the service was remarkably slow. The view of the lake was nice, but not good enough that we will go back. There are better options in the area.
Small menu but what's on it is good. Small portions too.
Great location, stunning building, beautiful view of South Lake Washington with the mountains in the distance. Nice selection of NW cuisine. We will definitely return.
Fabulous lake view and lovely overall ambience. Food options are great; however, my side veggie dishes were heavily oiled down and I prefer no oil. Service was impeccable and impressive considering fact that the hotel was mobbed for a dance event!
So wonderful to have Hyatt Regency in Renton, with lake view dining! ❤️👏🏻
A wonderful romantic location to watch the sunset over Lake Washington with both Seattle and Bellevue skylines. Perfect date night location.
Amazing views and great food...
We enjoyed a perfect evening and sat out on the patio overlooking the lake. Weather was great and our server Austin was AMAZING. He took the time to go over menu items with us and made sure we had a wonderful evening. Definitely a nice date or special occasion location. Thank you Austin and everyone else at Waters Table for helping to make my birthday celebration dinner that more special.
Our server was amazing, very attentive, friendly and very knowledgable about the food. The view was fabulous as well.
Had a great Sunday Brunch experience. Good selection of food at the buffet, beautiful view of Lake Washington and wonderful service. I would definitely come back.
Great staff! Food options for brunch has room for improvement! Overall good experience!!!
You cannot beat the view. Their wine choices are great, as well as the food !!!
Location, location, location. The view is outstanding. We chose the Water's Table for our 35th anniversary dinner. We enjoyed dinner, drinks and dessert for a very reasonable price considering the...location. I would highly recommend this restaurant for that special occasion or just a really nice night out.
Extremely small portions and very over priced. There was four of us and we all had something different all four dishes were a total disappointment.
Wonderful restaurant - food, service and lake view.
Lunch with family to enjoy the view and warm weather. Enjoyed the table. Great view.
I'd been here once before for lunch during restaurant week and was disappointed--small portions with big prices. This time we came for my husband's birthday dinner hoping to have a window seat and a better meal. Even at 7:45p we couldn't get a table by the window but we could still see the lake and it wasn't long before it got dark anyway. Our waitress was nice but it took FOREVER to get anything/everything we ordered and she wasn't as attentive as she should have been. Our appetizers were good (honey walnut shrimp & spring pea hummus) but our dinners were just ok (farmed salmon, Thai curry dish, lamb papardelle) and my son was still hungry til I gave him the rest of my curry dish. I mentioned we had a bday person when I made the reservation, when we arrived at the restaurant, and to the waitress and still she was surprised when I mentioned it yet again at the end of the meal. She said they had complimentary desserts so my husband chose one to take home. She brings him this big bag with a little box in it. At home, he opened the box to find a tiny sliver of huckleberry cheesecake. It was good but they sure made it look like it was going to be a lot bigger!
The hotel is beautiful and there's a fun outdoor bar down the stairs with seating, heaters, and even a corn hole game--I wish we'd gone there instead!
Beautiful view, of course! The service was friendly and excellent and the food was very good.
Monster kudos for 2 hours of validated parking - available either in parking garage (difficult to find and far away) or via valet parking which I used and was awesome! Especially appreciated because as I drove by the hotel entrance for the second time trying to figure out where to park, the valet ran up to me and told me the valet parking was also validated (which I did not know). A+ service for the valets!
We had a wonderful dining experience. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and made great menu recommendations. A window table became available and our waiter kindly moved us to it. The Lake Washington view is stunning. Our dishes were presented nicely and were delicious.
I was hoping that a Hyatt on the water would be spectacular. The setting was nice. The food was just boring. We have had spectacular meals in Seattle and this one was just mundane. You need a new chef or a new vision. And for the money, it was kind of a joke.
This is our second visit. Some menu items are great(burgers); some very bland (curry). The view, location, and ambiance are excellent. Service is still very slow (15-20 minutes to get a drink). Hopefully just growing pains for a new restaurant.
Beautiful venue, terrific service. We did not feel rushed and spend two hours enjoying a lovely dinner
Family from out of town
Amazing view! Nice outdoor patio. We sat next to the edge in outdoor patio. Really enjoyed dinner. The only part that was a little off were the oysters but I really like briny oysters and waiter did tell be they weren’t briny they were sweet. So maybe that was the issue not sure. Really wish there was a variety. Price was steep per oyster at 4.00. The gazpacho was excellent!!!! And the honey nut shrimp special was fantastic. Overall - I am going back.
Beautiful setting on the south end of Lake Washington. The beets and grilled peach salad was a nice opener that we shared. I had the gazpacho and it was fresh with the just right amount of herbs. My gnocchi with asparagus and artichokes was filling and the done to perfection. You never know if they can put out good etouffee but they nailed it. Just put in a few more shrimp chef!
Beautiful evening on the deck. It was very pricy compared with other restaurants in the area but good atmosphere and the food was delicious! Also, the parking is confusing and should be good for 3 hours.
