Wonderful. Mary was a great server.
Went there for Easter lunch and were very pleased. Group had gumbo, crab cakes, halibut and king crab. All were excellent.
Waters was great, but THE reason we went was because when we googled Easter Brunch, this restaurant popped up. Guess what - no brunch! THAT was disappointing! Had we known we would have definitely gone somewhere else! Food was great though, but they need to get the word out about the brunch!
Delicious oysters, reminiscent of dining in the Pacific North West: excellent service and a joyful dining experience.
Excellent service and truly a wonderful culinary experience
Food was awesome, and service was very attentive. Will definitely go back, however total price is more suitable for special occasions. Loved it!
Good food but only fair service.
Great food. Excellent service.
Wow.... incredible. Have had seafood all over the globe and I’ve never had calamari this good! The swordfish special on risotto was also wonderful. The best I’ve had. The ambiance was perfect for our birthday celebration for our table of four. We could hear each other well, the wait staff was very attentive. Elaine was a great waitress. Perfect timing for each course. We will DEFINITELY be back. This is my wife’s new go-to for special occasions.
Enjoyed a very nice meal. Thought it was a little on the pricey side for seafood, but the meal was excellent and we were given good service by Jacob our server and Bryan the wine steward. Very nice wine list. We would return and we do recommend this very nice restaurant.
We had a very enjoyable meal. The kitchen staff, servers and manager were all spot on.
Just loved having our favorites on the menu plus great wine and desert. We got to Bass Hall on time! Many thanks for a wonderful evening!
Fantastic! Will be back
Mary as usual does a supper job
Love Waters! I’ve never been disappointed with my meal. Favorite thing is the ‘dirty dozen’ oysters - so fun to taste oysters from different parts of the country. We enjoy reading the tasing notes!
We came to Waters for the first time with no expectations. It was a pre-theater dinner so we were not expecting to hang around for too long. In general food was ok but not creative. Presentation was below average, execution was just ok and pricing a bit overvalued. Paul, our server was very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable on the art of making people feel appreciated. Just because of Paul we will go back before another play at the Bass.
Wonderful food and the service was on point.
We had a great time fantastic waitress and it was our anniversary she surprised us with framed picture of me and my wife it was a great touch and we will go back very soon The food was amazing only thing was missing candle on the table to complete the atmosphere
Delicious Halibut, stone crab and great cocktails. Great sweet potato gnocchi... a really nice find of a restaurant.
Great food and you won’t be disappointed
Food here is fantastic! The staff is friendly. Everyone works together to make sure your dining needs are met.
Very nice white table cloth restaurant in downtown. Food was very good and seafood very fresh
Cute place. But limited menu selection. Portion size small. There are better seafood restaurants for the price.
Delicious food ! Great service . Everything was fresh and wonderful. Great place !
Our service was outstanding, the food was prepared perfectly and was absolutely delicious. I feel that the price reflects the quality of the food however the portion size for the price is not in line. I am a touch picky when it comes to my lobster and certainly know what the size should appear to be after it is cooked. The lobster tails were supposed to be 10 oz. I can assure you my tail was far under the 10oz mark. As I said though, perfectly prepared and delicious despite the size discrepancy
Our waitress Mona was helpful and delightful.
The waitstaff was very attentive and the decor is very nice but the food just doesn't live up to the standard set by the prices. The crabcakes were so-so and the bacon wrapped asparagus was mediocre. Best dish of the evening was the gumbo which was very good. For the price go to the owner's other restaurant, Bonnell's, for much better food and a great menu.
Fabulous oysters, as always! Great reliable choice.
The patio was great!
Food was delicious and the service staff were amazing. definitely going again!
Service and food was impeccable. Our waitstaff went out of her way to help us celebrate our anniversary. The crab cake app and scallop dinner was excellent. We had a great time and highly recommend Waters to everyone!
This was a fantastic meal, with superior, experienced staff. Mona took great pains going over the menu with us and Brian helped select the perfect wine. We will definitely be returning!
Our first time to visit. Friends had given us a gift card because the enjoyed Waters and are regulars. Out waiter was very personable and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the food we ordered was served! That is something to be proud of. The food was out of this world. We took what we couldn't eat home. The gumbo was better the second day than when served. I guess it gets better with age!
Great location in heart of downtown Fort Worth. Food is consistently good. Menu for lunch could use more options. A bit pricey for what you get.
Really nice selection of fresh seafood, friendly service. Portions small and pricey for no sides.
Greeted and seated on time for a 8:15 reservation. Wait staff Jacob was good . We had a glass of wine and martini - ordered the hush puppies and they were real good and we liked the jalepenos that went with the dish . Ordered the avacado salad — it was good — but a very small portion for someone who wanted it as a meal — very small — had the halibut — it was wonderful and had the green beans - real good . Carrot cake also real good .
My issues with the restaurant are the following —- noticed a $5 split fee for entrees — when buying a 44 dollar piece of fish — a split fee on a 200 dollar meal —- come on man — I dislike the martini glasses — just like seeing the martini in glass —bottle of craft beer over 7$ - I guess we are at the point that one beer will be more than a six pack - the bread was un memorable .
Very limited menu and they forgot to bring our sides.
We enjoyed the quiet at lunch, we hade all different dishes , my husband had the special of the day, the roasted pepper lobster bisque with shrimp and rice, he didn’t care for, I had the lettuce wrap, which was good, could have more spices, all the others where happy with their choices, except they thought they were kind of small. That was the said by the two younger chefs in my party, the service was excellent, we will try dinner next time.
Excellent food, service and ambiance for a business lunch.
