   Went for brunch and the menu advertised was not what was offered. We could only select from 2 brunch options and the small plates which is not what we thought we were going for. Wine was good but we went for the brunch experience which was dissappointing. Also the small plates were very overpriced, the crostinis came with 4 small slices of toast with ricotta and was $17 which was crazy.

   Where do I start the wine was great and the food was fantastic but when me & my girlfriend walked in I couldn’t believe how nice the people were that worked we were seated right away. They constantly checked in on us I’ve never gotten service like that ever so I’ll definitely be going back I wish I could remember the names of the people that helped us those 3 did more than what they had to for us and I’ll forever be thankful.

   I wanted to like this spot-a winery in Long Beach! Our first interaction was with the “wine ambassador” trying to sell us on their monthly wine club; we hadn’t even tried anything, yet. Why would I purchase a monthly membership if I don’t know if I like something or not?!? Then you seat yourself, but only few tables were cleaned. The service was horrible. Multiple servers and kitchen staff attended to 1 table while the rest of us on the patio were left to fend for ourselves. I had to call over one of the servers who then told us that we should just go to the bar because it would take a while for her to get to us. It took forever for our food to arrive once we were able to order, with all of our food coming out at once instead of in courses. Then they forgot my husband’s pizzette, so that took another hour. It took us 2.5 hours to eat dinner. While we weren’t looking for a quick meal, this was exceptionally long.

   My husband and I are members of Waters Edge and visit often. We recently brought our parents and they loved it as well. The service, the food, wine and of course Devon and Kenya are awesome. You will definitely see us back soon!

   One of the best wine tasting I have ever been too, all of the wines were amazing, and are server DEVIN , was fantastic, he was so helpful on the information about the wines and very nice and joyful it was fantastic!

   I came in with my parents for Mother's Day and we had a great time. Our server was fun and personable and curated our wine tasting with our preferences in mind.

    It was Mother’s Day and we was only able to order food from the brunch menu which was very limited needless to say we didn’t order any food. The glasses the waiter brought out was dirty and the replacements made the water look as if it had oil in it. The water was room temperature and it wasn’t any ice. We sat outside but the table for 4 was extremely small. Overall my holiday was ruined and I will not be going back here.

    I apologize you didn't know about Sunday brunch which is always an all-day event. Our hours will be extended in June to offer some Bistro bites later in the afternoon. I will review with our associates about polishing the glasses so thank you for bringing it to our attention, and we would have been more than happy to bring you ice upon request. Most guests enjoy dining on our patios, and we were fully book otherwise we could have accommodated you to another table. Thank you for the feedback.
