The food was ok, actually too salty. We were seated immediately and were served immediately. Because we were there for a leisurely lunch, not a quick, we have to get back to work lunch, we were rushed. Cleaning our table before we had finished, wanting to take our order without hardly giving us time to review the menu. We were seated at 12 and done within an 1/2 hour. Disappointed!

Very nice place. Good ambiance. Very friendly staff. Dinner was very good and nicely presented. However, the plates should have been hot.

Had the Valentines special the night before Valentines because I neglected to make a reservation early enough. The food was expensive but exceptional. The service was good even though a mistake or two was made. The place could use a bit more ambiance if they are going for a high end experience as it is priced that way. Not very intimate with the seating.

This cafe is always welcoming in nature. Service is excellent along with food that is always prepared with a different “twist” of flavours that are always enjoyed!

I have ate lunch at Waterfront Cafe many many times and it never dissapoints - always excellent food and service! I would not hesitate to say that it is easily one of the best places to grab lunch in Kelowna!

Not the best. The chicken sandwich should have been a nice bread. It was thigh meat that was tough and fatty. Yuk
