    We were served by Justin, who was attentive and prompt. The food was fantastic: zucchini chips, grilled octopus, burrata with beets, plus seafood risotto, steak with peppercorn sauce and the papardelle with beef short rib. Delicious!

    My husband and I had an excellent experience here! The food was absolutely delicious. We had the octopus with hummus appetizer, lamb chops and steak with fries. The food was a 10/10! Everything tasted so fresh and the portions were perfect. Also, our waitress and other staff provided a wonderful service. She was knowledgeable, accommodating and so friendly and warm. We also loved the vibe of the place. It was really cool, classy and had modern vibe to it. We will definitely be back here!

    Watercolour was an amazing experience! Food was great - fresh and innovative. Service was outstanding! Thumbs up for Justin! Made us feel like family!

    Amazing food with wonderful service from Justin and the team. The additional pleasure of having ownership actively involved in the food and service. Great spot anytime. Don't miss it!

    What a great addition to Main St Unionville. Watercolour offers a lovely setting to enjoy a delicious meal. Whether you want to to enjoy a meal outdoors on either of their patio spaces, or inside at the many options for seating, you won’t find a better environment on Main St to dine “in” Food was fantastic. Phyllo wrapped feta with honey and pistachio, tuna tartare, and the lobster roll were all thoroughly enjoyed! The service was great ad well. Everyone was so lovely and attentive. Many thanks for the birthday wishes. A bit pricey, but worth checking out. It is Main St Unionville after all. Looking forward to returning and trying a lot more! ;)
