Will go again
My girlfriend and I are nurses and we went out on a Monday night. The place was quiet. I liked the music. The drinks and the food were delicious and the servers friendly, amazing. I have been before for a Saturday night and also had a great experience. We will return!
Thanks for a lovely evening!
Have the creme brûlée!
Various cuisines and fun atmosphere, Thai lunch was so fun and spicy highly recommend, pork cutlet was very good
We find the cost reasonable and the food is always good.
Portions are smaller than they used to be.. prices are higher. Service was the worst we have had there. It took almost 30 min from when we were seated until someone even acknowledged us, let alone took our order. Not sure what was going on, but definitely not impressed
The Water Tower Grill is a favourite date night spot for us! Or even just a great place to grab lunch. Diverse, delicious menu and amazing service.
A beautiful place to watch the sunset and enjoy a meal. Our server George was excellent.
We had a great lunch with great service. We had a nice long visit .
joyed coffee and cheese cake,We had a great time? great
lovely time, great food hope you fix that leaky fire safety water sprinkler :)
Terrific service and food. Our waiter and server were so friendly and helpful. What an enjoyable experience!
The water tower New Year's Eve menu was fantastic! Arguably the best meal I've ever had!
It was so nice to have our New Year’s Eve dinner at the Water Tower Restaurant this year! The food and drinks were incredible and more importantly our waiter was awesome!!
We have been to the water tower a couple times and the time before this last time we had the same experience and said we wouldn’t be coming back but we thought we would give it 1 more chance but we were extremely disappointed, the service was poor, they brought out the wrong food then once we got the right food, the steak was extremely tough, we thought we would get a dessert but we were both surprised when it came out, we got a sliver of cheesecake for almost $9 each and then when it came down to the bill they tried to charge us for our refills, needless to say I will not be going back and I would say I will be telling everyone I know about my experience but I told a few people and they all say they have had the same experience and won’t be going back either, this gets a 1 out of 10 stars in my book
We where there at new years eve. We ha the coffee crusted filet. The meat was excellent. The vegetables are always a little bit undercooked. We always enjoy eating there and the owners are super friendly.
Took my wife here for her birthday. $2.00 upcharge for the absolute worst piece of dry gluten free bread on the planet - R U kidding me?
Not once did the server come back to check with us to see if everything was satisfactory. They appeared to be very attentive to customers that they were obviously acquainted with.
I’m all for supporting local, however, I will never go back to this place.
Well run business. Menu was simple and the food was good
Food was delicious but not so much the service, our hostess didn’t even ask us if we wanted refills for our drinks during dinner and we felt rushed during our dinner
Have always liked the tower but I do miss the hot rolls with butter before the meal. They were to die for.
Unfortunately while we had a reservation in the second floor dining room when we arrived we were seated on the first floor lounge instead. As well my wife’s baja salad was missing both the bell peppers and avacado.
A very enjoyable evening with scenic view of Lethbridge. Generous food portions and reasonably priced. Definitely plan to return again.
Our evening was great. The service was excellent. The food was awesome.
Food was great and view even better! Consistently good.
The overall experience would have been far better had the restaurant actually provided a table in the part of the restaurant we reserved and was confirmed by email. We booked for the dining room, and upon our arrival, we were told that the dining room was full, and we were given a table in their lounge. While offering the same menu, the room was quite noisy, as everyone was having to speak loudly over the live music. This would have been okay, if that was what we were seeking, and had booked, but it was not. My advice would be not to trust the process - even with a confirmation that your reservation was going to be as booked, it might not be. Ours wasn’t.
The chicken cord on blue was excellent, but the steak frites was thin steak and fries.
$36.50 seemed a little over priced.
Would we recommend it to friends, undecided.
View is descent, but there was a draft.
This is one of the best restaurants that we've been to for awhile. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was lovely. If you go there, hope that you are seated in George's section. He was a wonderful,.pleasant young man who made the evening that much better.
Service was prompt and friendly. Appetizer - chicken wings was good. My steak sandwich was fair - it was cooked to my request (medium rare) but had been left on the grill too long, such that the outside was charred. I also think the plate sat a bit before being served, as the food was warm, not hot. (I showed our server a piece of the charred serving.) My wife's fish & chips was fair at best.
Over - things we're "okay"
Waited almost 20 minutes to get a drink order, there was kids in the lounge screaming, and paid more for half the size of the same meal we would have gotten at Firestone, and Firestone still would have been cheaper. Made the reservation as a special occasion for a birthday and not once were we acknowledged it was a birthday. Won’t be coming again.
Excellent food and service. Thrilled to see how busy it was. Support local
It was a nice place. Loves the views and this was our first time at the grill. Drinks were expensive at least the one we got was 9.50 like wow that was crazy. Food wasn’t bad if they would have used half the salt would have been perfect. Other wise it was fine
Cold night so I ordered the special- veal cutlets sounded like comfort food, albeit $32 comfort food. What arrived (slapped down by an "I don't give a sh.." server) were two pieces of unknown meant surrounded by wilted vegetables and covered in a glutinous gravy. Looked awful. Don't know too much about the taste. All the food- meant, vegetables, and gravy- was cold. Was certainly not freshly cooked and seemed to have been on a heating tray for ages (hence the thick and ugly gravy). My partner had an OK hamburger but, after two attempts to get a hot cup of coffee, ended up with tea. The Water Tower is not recommended.
First time at Water tower, reservation for our Anniversary. We scarcely got seated whan a loud group arrived immediately beside us. So my spouse and I could not hear eachother to converse until the time we left. There were plenty of other empty tables available to spread apart customers.
The veal was delicious and very generous portions. Our appetizer nacho was dissapointing. The cheese was not melted and it arrived tepid. The toppings were not distributed, with most of the cheese carelessly tossed on one half and most of the veggies on the other half. Water carafe had greasy fingerprints on it, and no ice.
All staff was very friendly and helpful. But the waitress grabbed my napkin and plate while I was still chewing.
Venu, impressive. Food, fantastic. Noise, very loud and had to shout for my date to hear me. The accoustics in a round restaurant are quite amplified. Food selection was great. View from the restaurant was great too. Will be going back for sure.
Restaurant looks lovely inside but the service although friendly didn't match the ambiance. Food was delicious and hot.
I had a fantastic 18th birthday, thank you for the excellent service
Birthday. Exceeded expectations! Food hot, cooked to perfection, presented well. Timely service
The wholle evening was aaa wounderful experience from environment to impeccable service and food. Looking forward to our next visit.
Amazing food, and very kind and friendly staff!!!
Good food, friendly staff and fair pricing!
Side note; bartender kept taking his mask off when making drinks for customers.
We love this place! Good food, friendly staff, affordable
we were met by a very friendly person at the door
the servers were very pleasant
we enjoyed the food
and the evening
