Booked reservation online with Open Table, however the hostess said that she did not see it in the system. I did get a confirmation, we were sat within 10 minutes despite the mix up. Food was pretty good, service was somewhat slow but we were talking and visiting with family so we were not in a rush. Overall experience was good, not great but good.

There was mismanaged handling of reservations. We went there to find out there were many people already waiting and they all had reservations. We ended up leaving. Why would you let all the people reserve your restaurant when you do not have the capacity.

We had a reservation and the entire station was seated and had ordered for an hour before our chef came. We had to ask other employees to get our waitress to order refills and again to get to go boxes and our check.

The food was good, the hibachi chef, hisself was even better! He was the highlight of the night keeping us all entertained. The actual waitress must’ve had other tables, but she checked in as often as she could. I would return to dine here again, it’s worth it.

The staff was rude, manager walked by swearing multiple times (I had children with me), the utensils were dirty, the food made my entire family sick. We had been to this restaurant several times in the past with no issues. I don’t know if the management changed or what happened but we will not be going back.
