Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad.

What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.

With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.

Our first visit and we had a terrific experience. Very attentive service, from our server to the Owner. My filet was outstanding and my Wife's Scottish Salmon was creatively prepared. Wanda's is on our best of Haddonfield list!

This was my third brunch visit. Wanda is a hidden gem. The menu has some excellent, imaginative choices - something for everyone. Service was excellent. Definitely want to try Wanda for dinner.

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t as good and we were hoping it would be. My husband and I are foodies and frequent places such as Zahav and Hearthside. We were hoping to find another spot to add to our rotation. Everything was just ok. Service and ambiance were good.

Wanda BYOB was a nice small restaurant. It has an eating area on the first floor and balcony seating area upstairs. The food was excellent and the prices were in line with the quality of food served. The wait staff was very polite and professional. Our waiter was not only very efficient but was very nice and personable. This is a great place to go for a special dinner or date night and you want to splurge a little.

Dinner was wonderful. The Snapper special and the Short rib were delicious. Having local wines available was a nice save, as we had forgotten. The chocolate moose cake finished us off nicely. Look forward to our next visit. 😋

Great service and food. First time dining. Special of the day wax grouper- one of my favorite fish choices. Served on a bed of rice; grilled veggies on the side. My dining companion had a huge Caesar salad (w/out extra protein). Intend to go there again for lunch one day soon.

We had a great dinner with friends the service was spot on and the food was incredible! The portions are more than ample and the quality and the preparation was exceptional on the daily special which was halibut The duck breast and filet were also exceptional. Gif appetizers try the mussels and the croquettes you will not be disappointed. The salads are great and the ingredients are really fresh. If you go you will enjoy your meal immensely and like me be ready to return again soon.
