Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad.
What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.
With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.

Excellent food, I got the creme brûlée French toast and also tried the SALT and goat cheese croquettes, all were delicious. Staff was excellent and super accommodating. Hope this place sticks around!

Food wasn't very good. Noticeably absent from the description of the tuna tower on the menu is green roe, which made it virtually inedible for my wife. We both had the lobster cannelloni for our entrée, the cannelloni was chewy & rather hard, and the ricotta was tasteless. Neither one of us got through one of three cannellonis and the waitress was conveniently oblivious to our virtually full plates.

The entrance was a little hard to find,but once inside everything was outstanding. My filet mignon was almost tender enough to cut with a fork. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

I went here when it was Denim BYOB and it was my favorite place to eat dinner. Wanda did not disappoint. The food was excellent and I look forward to dining there again. The only unusual thing, at least as it seemed to me, was that the owner's wife served as the hostess and my "server" only served me dessert as thge owner's wife brought me the appetizer and entree. Service was excellent.

The place was beautiful, staff all friendly and great prices. Only issue, waffle was extremely overcooked/hard. Server replaced waffle but replacement wasn’t much better.

This was our first time going to Wanda after the switchover from Denim. The food and experience were both just as great as Denim. I would definitely recommend trying out Wanda if you enjoyed Denim!
This is our second time eating at Wanda's. The first was for brunch and we loved it so much that we decided to come here with dinner with friends. We were not disappointed. The meal, service, and ambiance was amazing!

Food was awesome! Only suggestion- need better chairs for outside. Folding bridge chairs with no back support at all are really uncomfortable! Also invest in umbrellas and heaters for fall.
Fantastic food! We got the Chilean sea bass and it was amazing. I’m still dreaming about this meal.

Phenomenal dinner, from the yummy brussel sprouts appetizer and Caesar salad- both prepared perfectly. To our entrees- pork tenderloin mignonette - and Scottish salmon. They were excellent- moist, flavorful and expertly done. Food like in Philly here in Haddonfield. Best was last - NY Cheesecake- w macerated strawberries and homemade whipped cream. First time here after the change over from Denim. They have done a great job continuing the fine food and delicious meals. The lobster bisque was very tasty. The mussels appetizer was really good as well. The pork tenderloin dinner was unique and fantastic. And the shrimp and lobster cannalloni was amazing. The place got crowded and they were short staffed but did their best to keep up. Service was still good, just overwhelmed. It did not effect the food or experience.
Food and service were great. We were able to eat outside which is located off the main street, so it was very quiet and you don't need to deal with pedestrians or cyclists. Interior looks very cute as well for future reference.
