The Walnut Grill is a fresh, casually unique dining experience fit for the entire family. We offer a diverse, Chef driven menu in a comfortable and inviting environment. We have six locations in that offer the traditional dining room setting, a large, comfortable bar with multiple large, flat screen TVs and private dining facilities for your party and event needs. Horrible horrible service. Waited 45 minutes for an appetizer, 30 minutes for a drink, had reservations but did not have a table ready when I arrived. Waitress could have cared less about how late our food was. We walked out

Dinners were fantastic! Could never go wrong with any dish I have had at Walnut Grille. My friends raved about their food as well. On the downside, we were left in awe several times with the horrible attitude and service our waitress gave us. There isn’t enough space to write the amount of times, our group looked at one another in surprise of her poor attitude. We were literally afraid of her. Otherwise, food was great, hostess was friendly, restaurant very clean.

it was not open even though it didn't say that when you called, just said to go to open table to reserve a table, and that page said nothing about it being closed. Guess someone needs to update info. This was before all the closings.

Service was very slow. Although it wasn't too crowded, the server was running hard. Server was good. Perhaps understaffed.

Food came out wrong and the seat we had by the door kept opening and it was cold. The door went out to a covered patio

I had the unpleasant experience of taking my wife to your restaurant for Valentines Day. I asked for a booth on the dining side of the restaurant where the atmosphere was more quiet and appropriate for the occasion. The hostess then tried to seat us in the bar area at a large table for 4. We then asked a second time to have a booth on the other side. Then a waitress with dark hair then sat us right next to the bar on the opposite side of the restaurant again near the bar/kitchen area. Then we waited for several minutes for someone to wait on us when we decided to just leave. Please make sure your hostesses and waiters/waitresses listen to the customers requests before just seating them wherever they feel like putting them. I feel we were seated in a undesirable seat the second time because they just wanted us to leave. I won’t make plans to come here again on a special occasion. We had to make a second reservation to have dinner.

My significant other and myself went to enjoy the prefix menu for Valentine’s Day. The food came out less than satisfactory so we asked for it to be heated up. Our server gave us an attitude and made sure to say when they brought the food back “it’s very hot this time”.

The seared ahi tuna and the walnut salmon were both amazing. The service, however, had much to be desired; the waitress practically forgot that we were there and messed up at every phase of our dinner. No matter how good the food was, the poor service will probably keep us away in the future.

Made a reservation for 10:30 a m. I arrived at 10:20 a.m. I stood at the hostess stand for over 10 minutes before I finally called the restaurant and requested help. Our waitress was very good and very nice. We would have enjoyed our meal a little more if the short lady with white hair and a green sweater wouldn't have come in to stare at us regularly. We were obviously holding up her restaurant table too long. The short lady was obviously the manager. The restaurant was not full and we were there less than 2 hours. it was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional visit. We were there to celebrate the birthday of one of our members and it was pretty much ruined by green sweater lady. she doesn't need to worry about her tables anymore as we won't be returning

Food was ok. One of my chicken pieces was rubbery, my sons steak was not cooked right, and a friends hamburger needed sent back because it was burnt. The waitress didn't ask if we wanted dessert she just dropped off the check.

The food and service were very good. Our waitress, Erika, was very attentive and met all of our dining needs/requests. It was chilly at first in the dining room, however, after we asked for the heat to be turned-up, they did and it was more comfortable. One problems we always have when we go to any Walnut Grill: Why doesn't the host/hostess supply a "Pick-a-Pair" menu, as well as a beer list when they seat you? They supply a regular menu but not the two mentioned above. The "Pick-a-Pair" is offered in the main dining area (not only in the bar section), so why not give this menu as well? And when they do bring this other menu, why only one copy when we may have 2-4 people sitting at the table? We always have to ask for this as well as their beer list. Both of these should be handed out when seated. We shouldn't have to request them, later. As much as we enjoy eating at the Walnut Grill, we are always surprised at the lack of training given to their hosts/hostesses. Thankfully, the wait staff seems better trained and efficient in their jobs.

I normally love Walnut Grill but I went to the Thanksgiving Day Buffet and it was terrible. The Buffet table was poorly maintained and the food was not replinished very well. I will go back for dinner but never again to their buffet. I left the restaurant hungry and disappointed.

My boyfriend and I went to Walnut Grill for the Thanksgiving buffet. We were pleasantly surprised at the quick turnover of guests. We were seated quickly. The food was good and it was a no frills Thanksgiving buffet. Not too many choices but I was really happy with what was available. There could have been replenishment of items quicker though and some of the patrons seemed to be stressing out the employees. I enjoyed myself at dinner but I'm slowly starting to learn that maybe buffets aren't for me anymore as I'm getting older and can't eat as much. Perhaps I will return to Walnut Grill to eat a regular sit-down meal.

I went there for Thanksgiving with my husband. The food was very mediocre. There was not enough staff. Prime rib was constantly "out" and was too rare. I will not be going back.

Amazing Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings!!! Seating was a little tight with a wheelchair and all but our server Stephen made up for it!! He was fantastic and personable!! (Very cute too!!)

Haven’t eaten at Walnut Grill very often but the Thanksgiving buffet was awesome. Enough variety without being overwhelming and each dish tasted just as it should (IMO) which is not always the case with dressing, cranberries, mashed potatoes etc. My favorites were Brussels sprouts and dressing though, can’t wait till next year.

Great value for Thanksgiving Buffet. The prime rib was delicious, as was the horseradish aioli. Rave reviews on the lobster bisque. Mashed potatoes were too garlicky - would have preferred more traditional (plain) for a holiday meal. Big selection of desserts, and they were good, nothing over the top, but good. Would have liked to have seen a cake of some sort, even cupcakes. Would like to see the serving spoon handles wiped down - they were a little crusty from food getting on them. In general, I would come here again for Thanksgiving. The most outstanding part of the day was our waiter, Alec. He was very attentive, hard working, and so polite. I will come back and ask for him when I am there.

Our meals were excellent. The Walnut Salmon was delicious. Our service was pretty good- needed drink refills several times(had to ask/wait) and our dishes weren’t bussed until our meal was completely over. We stacked appetizer plates and salad plates in a corner of the table. Usually things get bussed a bit sooner. No biggie though. We really enjoyed our time here.

For Dinner hour, the music was way to loud. Had to ask 3 times to dim lights in the dining area. Actually had to take my check to cashier to make a payment. Vegetables that came with dinner were cold when food arrived.

There were fruit flies everywhere, landing in my food. They moved us twice so 3 different locations with hardly any impact. When we asked for a manager, she was well aware of the problem and said she would adjust our bill. When we got the bill, there was no adjustment. When I told the server, he took 15% off the bill. That was not adequate in my opinion but o just paid and left. Really disgusting amount of bugs, the restaurant should be closed.
