I was very disappointed in my food, the filet was dry and overcooked.
Service staff were awful tonight, obviously did not want to be there. Waiter never wrote down our order, thus after THREE attempts, neither of our meals were served as we asked. The restaurant was not busy even though it was Valentines Day and there was ample staff on hand. As we walked out after our meal, we passed within a few feet of 3 staff sitting at a booth casually talking - including what seemed to be the Hostess - not a word was said... No "Thanks for visiting," or even "Good Night." There needs to be some adult supervision at this location, there was none the evening we visited. Very doubtful that we will ever return.
The food was outstanding in flavor, temperature and quantity. The wait person was very nice and checked on us frequently. Decor in the place was very nice.

Waited over an hour after reservation. Out of steak and salmon. Place was pretty chaotic. Food was ultimately great, but all in all a brutal night out.
Seated about 15 minutes after our reservation but in all fairness they warned us they were running later upon our arrival. Didn’t receive our first round of drinks until exactly 25 minutes after being seated! Service was EXTREMELY POOR for us and surrounding tables. In fact, couple next to us just left cash on table and took the rest of their wine bottle after not having order taken for 30 minutes after their wine arrived. At least three other tables near us were also fed up with service and their meal/drink delays. Everyone was just looking at each other and shaking their heads. Our dinner, which was good but not great (my shrimp and her chicken was a bit dry) finally arrived almost 50 minutes after we ordered it. Not a great experience for $140 dinner out!
Food was very good, but they were not prepared for the Valentines Day rush. We were seated almost half an after our reservation time. They seemed under staffed and apparently ran out of steak. Our poor waiter/the bartender, who did a great job, was overwhelmed at one point. Luckily we were in no rush and were happy to enjoy a night out.
The food was good enough to ensure we will be back.
Enjoyed Valentine's dinner. Not too delayed. Good cocktail!

Great server, food was delicious. Very clean dining
I came with someone using a cane and was surprised they wanted to seat us in a high rise booth, we suggested a table. Please tell hostess to pay attention to whom she seating and their apparent needs. Ordered Prime rib sandwich but was told we could not have fries as a side because the truck didn’t deliver yet. Sandwich was plain and flavorless, definitely needed an dipping sauce, our side salad was good and so was the sweet tea.
With that being said I really feel paying over $40.00 plus tip for lunch and just enjoying the salad and tea it was a bit pricey, our daughters rave about Walnut Grill and we decided to give it a try. They go to another location and maybe it’s better prepared. We either try the other location or put this on our never to return list. Sorry Walnut Grill Bethel.
Our waitress, Makayla was the best! She was very knowledgeable and was so attentive! We'll definitely request her every time we go!
I had cedar plank salmon - cooked perfectly - with baked potato and house salad. My partner had balsamic gilled chicken, which she loved, a house salad and a truly huge portion of broiled brussels sprouts.
Downsides: Not the most exciting menu. I was disappointed that there is no rice on the menu. Also disappointed that there was no red wine choice for less than $42. The house side salad is too small. No extra partitions between side-to-side adjacent booths (for virus protection).
Overall: We both liked it but, didn't love it. I rate it three stars.
Our waiter was overwhelmed. They needed more assistance. They forgot our appetizer. You would think we would be compensated for it or at least a visit from the manager apologizing
We had a reservation for 6:30. When we went to order dinner we were told they were out of any of the steaks we wanted. Had a glass of wine and left. Very disappointed
It’s a rare occasion that I dine out during this pandemic but a friend and I decided to meet here for dinner. I booked the table through Open Table to avoid a wait on a Friday night. Arrived on time and the restaurant had approximately six tables of customers. To summarize, we waited to be seated; we waited 20+ minutes for a server to approach us; and one of our two meals was wrong. Service you might expect on a packed weekend night, not tonight. The correct meals were served and they were delicious! And the bartender felt so bad that she bent over backwards to improve our experience. That said, I will give it ONE more try. I’m hoping that these kinks do get worked out and it will become a great place to visit!
We celebrated Thanksgiving dinner at the Walnut Grill. There were six of us and Marcus was our server. He was very attentive and with kids you kind of have to anticipate their needs which you did quite nicely. He gave us plenty of time. We were not rushed which was good because it was a family meal. The food was very good.
Last minute dinner reservation with my son and grandson. No problem making a reservation on a Saturday evening.
Taken straight to our table as soon as we arrived. All Covid protocols in place. Masks worn. Tables separated.
Server arrived in a short amount of time. Very attentive. Food was delicious and plenty of it. A little pricey but don’t mind paying if the food and service is good.
Food was good, but portions were small, and cost was on the high side.
Good expeeience. Wasnt crazy about their veg. Everything else was good. Would return again.
Food is good , service sucked if u ask me , waited too long for drinks and never seen her that much to wait on us . Drink refills took forever .
Filet mignon dinner was delicious! Fish sandwich was ginormous and I was told was equally yummy. Might have to try that next time.
Appetizer never came, food was awful and expensive. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not go here, you will be disappointed.Too many other great places to go in the south hills area.
Though pleasant the waitress wasn't present enough. Service was extremely slow and the place was pretty much empty - there may have been 2-3 other occupied tables. Though not an issue since we were catching up with everyone - there were five of us. With the exception of mine, the other four meals were overcooked/burnt - they all had steak and shrimp - I had the salmon. Though we saw the waitress right after the meals were served, we didn't see her again until we ready for our checks - at that point we informed her of the quality of the meals. Poor management - manager never came over to the table - unless there wasn't a manager working. We were initially offered free desserts but no one wanted dessert so we were given four $10 off $30 coupons for the next visit - next visit, don't think so. We asked her to apply the coupons to the current checks. That was time consuming too. Oh, the hostess swept the carpets, thankfully not near us but we had to talk over the vacuum to hear one another and we could smell what seems to be disinfectant so we guess they were cleaning floors too. I understand the Bridgeville location is much better. Maybe give that a try before going to Bethel Park.
We had a good experience dining at the Bethel Park location.

Not bad but not great. The salad was good but room temp and a few brown spots . We had the pretzel bites as a appetizer and seemed over cooked . Sent it back and still seemed over cooked. I had salmon witch was good . She had the parm crusted chicken and gnocchis was good but the chicken seemed bland and a little dry. Over all our meal fair to mid.
