   My group of ladies get together once a year to celebrate our 4 birthdays. The luncheon and fashion show was a great place to being together. Our server Robert was the best. All of the special clothes and jewelry was so much fun A perfect place to celebrate. Thank you Wally’s. ❤️

   Thank you Wally's for making one of my favorite friends feel so at home last night. It's hard to find a place that is easy to talk. My friend (almost 90) was singing along with the Saxophone from the bar and everyone made the evening magical. Possibly the best cooked filet I've had in a long time. Good job Frank.

    Wally’s is my favorite place to dine in the dessert! The beauty, nostalgia, history and cuisine of this restaurant is unparalleled. The phenomenal selection of starters, salads, entrees and desserts are always 100% spot-on! The staff is always exceptional in their delivery and very attentive to the diner’s needs. It’s a personal greeting by name when they arrive at your table and remains throughout your evening. To top it all, the nightly musician is wonderful as he plays through dinner. I’ve been coming to the desert for 25 years and always dine here twice during my 10 day visit.

    The service from start to finish was extremely attentive without being overbearing. The dinner rolls were warm and soft, and cocktails were just right. Silver oak cabernet just added to the wine list was outstanding. The food was delicious from the tuna tartare and escargot through the veal chop and dover sole through the souffles.

    Wally’s Desert Turtle has now become part of our weekly routine! The service, the food, the ambience is outstanding! We always feel welcomed every time we go there- special occasion or not… Madeline the owner always makes time to stop by and say ‘Hello!’ We love this place! Once inside you will notice a great atmosphere! The staff are attentive, friendly and always eager to make our visit the best possible experience! I could go on and on! We feel like part of the Wallys family and will continue to visit at least once a week which is definitely our highlight! We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone looking for great food and a memorable time!

    Wally’s is a definite all encompassing experience. The ambiance, the food, & the staff make it a very special dining evening. For a special occasion this is the place to be. The owners stopping by to see that you are enjoying your meal make you feel appreciated. Be sure to think about ordering the soufflé for desert. It is magnificent!

    BOTH MY WIFE AND OUR FRIEND HAD TO SEND BACK THEIR FOOD AS ONE WAS THE WRONG ENTREE AND THE OTHER UNDER COOKED. WE POURED OUR WINE OURSELVES MOST OF THE NIGHT AND THE SERVICE WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT CLEARING OUR TABLE WHILE WE WERE STILL EATING THAN HAVING US ENJOY OUR MEAL. DESPITE THIS WE GOT NOTHING MORE THEN A TEPID APOLOGY FROM THE OWNER. NOT THE BEST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION FOR ME. EVEN MORE AMAZING WAS THAT I UNKNOWINGLY DROPPED A $20 BILL (WHICH MY WIFE NOTICED) AND THE SERVER TRIED TO POCKET IT!! OVER PRICED AND UNDERWHELMED. MY MONEY IS BETTER SPENT ELSWHERE IN THE VALLEY. THIS PLACE'S TIME HAS COME AND GONE.

    We celebrated my 75th birthday and as expected, the experience was amazing. Nadia greeted us and Max was our outstanding and attentive server. Our meal was delicious. The music was memorable and romantic. And the Banana Foster soufflé light, delicious, and perfect. One of my favorite restaurants in the desert.     Great service team, as usual, especially Francisco. Wine kid appeared to be a trainee on his first day, but everybody needs to start somewhere. Food very good across the board: rolls and butter dependably great, salads and entrees well done from the sole to the cacio e pepe ravioli. Staff treated my mother very well on her birthday.     Big disappointment. Years ago this was a gem. Not anymore. Took forever to get a menu. Waitstaff works in teams, and they are frantic. Drinks were watered down. Forgot to bring us a wine list. Caesar salad is terrible; wilted Romaine with zero-taste dressing, no shaved cheese nor cracked pepper. Just sad. The escargot were difficult to get out of the shell, and no taste either. How hard is it to broil them with garlic, butter, and salt? The rack of lamb was cooked correctly but nothing special, and the seabass arrived cold. It's one of their specialties, and my plate obviously was missed by the expediter for 20 minutes while it cooled down. For $65, that entree should have been amazing, and on a hot plate. Again, just sad. Formerly, clientele here dressed up for dinner, and conversations were muffled and private. On my visit, the attire looked like golf wear and the noise level was really loud. Like, too loud to hear my guest speak across the table. For $230 this meal and experience were not worth it. RIP Wally. Miss you.

    Celebrated my friend's Birthday with a lovely Luncheon and Fashion Show. Hostess was accommodating with seating, I selected the salmon and my friend a steak salad and we were very pleased with the food and service. The fashion show added more delight to the afternoon. This Steve Chase design is one of the few remaining unique and beautifully designed restaurants. Having the opportunity to enjoy this restaurant is a treat and thank heavens Maddie, the owner, has preserved the beauty of this restaurant.

    The sole was, as always, delicious! Hubby had Sea Bass/Scallop combo which was wonderful. Friend had Liver and onions which was outstanding!!! We preordered soufflés for dessert…a must!!! The 6 of us loved our meals our drinks and our wait staff. From start to finish it was a wonderful evening. Cannot wait to return! Thank you Michael and Madeline for a great night!
