Walled City Brewery

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I find most of the restaurants and menus in Derry all the same but Walled City Brewery is wonderfully unique. The food was delicious and the service was great. The best restaurant I have eaten in, in Derry. Fantastic.

Fantastic beer, food and atmosphere. Only disappointment was that they had no souvenir glass to purchase to take home.

There is literally nothing we didn't love about this place! The ambiance and atmosphere was great, the staff were so lovely and nice, the food was DELICIOUS (We had a 3 course meal with the vietnamese chicken wings and hummus & pita, the flank steak with tenderstem broccoli and chimichurri, and the brownie for dessert and it was all excellent). We also did the beer flight to sample a few of the brewery's beers and several cocktails. All the drinks were great as well. We even loved the music playlist they had on! I really can't say one bad thing about our experience at Walled City Brewery. I can't remember the last time I went out to eat and had such a nice experience (especially with lockdown and COVID!) so it was so nice to have had such a nice evening. I will definitely be recommending Walled City Brewery to anyone visiting Derry!

As ever a great experience, friendly warm fun good ambiance

On our arrival we were greeted by a very courteous young lady who told us our table would be ready in 10 minutes. We were shown to a waiting area and seated and a drinks menu supplied. We ordered some drinks which arrived promptly and within 10 minutes we were seated at our table. The menu is not extensive but I believe caters for all tastes. The food arrived promptly and was excellent. Between the five of us we had ordered four different items off the menu and all were of a very high standard. The staff all wore face masks and I noted that all tables and chairs were thoroughly wiped down before patrons were shown to their seats. I would highly recommend the “Walled City Brewery” for an enjoyable night out with great food and an extensive drinks menu.

All I can say is... it is simply my favourite restaurant!

Had such a fabulous time here with my family, great food, service and atmosphere, our hostess even organised our taxi back to our hotel..

This is a jewel of a restaurant. The beer is so fresh, sharp and tasty. And there are many varieties to try. The menu is not complicated and neither is the food. It is so well cooked presented and is so full of flavour. Excellent

Great to be back all staff did extremely well with masks and distancing. Menu, while, small was perfectly varied and the food was very enjoyable. Overall an outstanding experience after not being out fir long. We look forward to booking to go back again.

Service was good, although I didn't order the New York special hotdogs as there were two, so I ordered the Mexican style one, was very good but there was also two which meant I could have had the one I wanted if that had been explained. Anyway it was lovely, we all enjoyed and will def be back, choc nut brownie was very good, moist and chewy.

The food and drink were very tasty as usual .. the only fault was that the black bean burger came to the table cold .. apparently there was a mix up between chefs in the kitchen .. apologies were made and a free dessert was given

Excellent service. Beautiful food and cocktails. Very well socially distanced and all staff wearing PPE.

As is the case every time we visit Walled City Brewery, the staff, food and beers are all excellent. It really is the feather in the city's cap and we make a point of booking a table whenever we are staying in the city.

Booked on line and were welcomed to table. Good social distancing in place and felt secure and safe in a decent atmosphere. Food was excellent, as was service. Manager dealt very nicely with a deposit I had paid for a function in April which fell foul of Covid-19. Drinks were also excellent with a good choice of beers and cocktails.

First class service, all precautions against Covid taken. Felt safe 👍

What a fantastic evening from start to finish. Service 1st Class and a warm and relaxing atmosphere. All the necessary precautions during current times yet losing none of its usual vibe.

Table staff very friendly and informative in respect of menu. Attentive but not intrusive. Food was wonderful from the starter right through to dessert - we will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely evening. 🌟

If you would like tasty, innovative, original, locally produced food, accompanied by the best craft beer in relaxed surroundings WCB is for you. The Brewery is very well run with friendly professional staff to greet & serve you. In the current coronavirus climate you will feel safe as there are clear guidelines for social distancing, Sanitiser and the staff wearing face masks to minimise any risk to diners but still with a relaxed atmosphere. 10/10 from us
