We visited South Hampton just for a day. Had no plans. Didn't know the town. Saw this restaurant from the street, the menus looked OK. The meal far surpassed any expectations. Our server was very nice. We ended up having a fantastic time

We always enjoy The Walker House however I was sad to see my favourite item is off of the menu, tried the replacement and it just wasn’t as good. Oh well lots of other favourites to have next time 😊

All food was fantastic! Decided on specials and group sharing of the lobster roll, pickerel fingers and mussels. For dessert, a delicious espresso martini. A couple of past menu faves are the brisket flatbread and Caesar salad.

Excellent food and plentiful. Be prepared for leftovers. I do find the cocktails somewhat pricey.

We booked a table of six to celebrate a 75th birthday. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation and had to wait for our table to be set up. Our server was quick to take our order and serve us drinks, then disappeared for almost the entire 40 minutes we waited for our food. We sat with empty glasses growing hungrier by the minute. Our meals did not arrive at the same time (5 minutes between the first and last dish served). The room we were seated in was so noisy that our party couldn’t carry on a conversation. While the food was delicious, Walker House was definitely the wrong choice for our birthday celebration.

The staff are exceptional. They make the dining experience most enjoyable. The food is good as is the atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
