Need to book at 7:00 PM?Other great restaurants with availability.
the food is good, the service is very good, expensive
Nice restaurant and good food. Located right ion the center of Main Street. So very easy to find, can’t miss the red lights illuminating the front porch. The price is expensive so expect a healthy bill.
Very overpriced for Asian food!
We’ve eaten here multiple times over the years, and while the service is always great, the food really was a disappointment on this last visit (the rice that came with my black cod was barely edible—either not cooked enough or overcooked and other people in our party were not that pleased with their meals either). We are taking it off our regular rotation of restaurants. Bummer, because the black cod really is very good.
It was very noisy! We were seated next to large parties. It was hard to hear people talking at our table at times. It took a long time to get our food. Our order got put in behind large orders. The waiter was doing his best. The food was good but we felt like it was overpriced. Not sure that we will return to this place on future visits.
Great food and great ambiance but just a bit overpriced. All in all we still love this place.
Probably the worse meal that I’ve ever had at Wahso and it’s one of my favorite places and I’ve eaten there many times. The chicken hot pot was poor with little or vegetables (pea pods only) or meat and little imagination. If Bill White ate this dish, he’d probably fire the kitchen staff or not eat there again. Sorry to say that I’ve eaten better ramen at dive places didn’t pay $38 for it!
At first we were placed at a table with some noisy people around us. Asked for a diffrent table and was given one without hesitation.
Food was very tasty. Everything was plated well and served to the temperature you would expect. Sevice was great and very attentive. Would dine here again.
Love the privacy of the booths. The food was excellent. My friend had the Miso marinated Black Cod and REALLY enjoyed it. I had the pear salad and two appetizers (Chinese bun and Kung Pao shrimp) as my meal and it was delicious and more than enough. Fabian, our waiter was engaging and gave us great service. I would recommend this restaurant.
We were seated just after our reservation time but no one offered to check our coats, despite everyone else’s reservation getting an offer. They seated us without a wine list and we had to ask for it twice. One waiter was managing the whole top floor, along with a couple busboys (who were attentive- just couldn’t do as much). The ambiance and attentiveness failed to meet our expectations, particularly given the cost of the food.
On the bright side, our food came quickly. We only ordered a few apps and the duck lettuce wraps were a standout.
Solid go to restaurant in Park City - food was good and portion size more than adequate
Entertaining guests from around the world.
We took some friends who had never visited Wahso before. They loved the Won Ton chips and the Miso Cod. Our waitress was very attentive even on a busy evening. I tried the Crab and Coconut Salad for the first time. I was impressed.
The taste of my meal was very mediocre. I started with the lettuce wraps and they contained raw rice! Not fun getting it stuck in your teeth. I also had the scallops with a side of kimchee. Scallops were so-so and the kimchee was not at all authentic. In fact it resembled coleslaw made with vinegar. It was also hard to eat as the entrees are served in deep bowls and difficult to navigate with tiny Japanese chopsticks. With all the great dining options in Park City, I will not be returning anytime soon.
We came during Sundance so had the fixed menu. Everything we ordered was delicious and the waiter was very helpful with getting us served quickly so we could make our next movie on time. It's not cheap, but you get a lot of food. Would come again, would recommend to a friend.
We came during Sundance Film Festival second weekend. Our group were all locals and we had never eaten at Wahso before but have been to a ton of the other restaurants along Main St. OpenTable neglected to prompt us while booking the reservation that there was a prix fixed menu that was way overpriced. When we asked to separate it the server said we could just do entreès at $55/each. The food was above average and not very filling. I felt that we could have gotten Davanzas for $20 instead and been much happier. If you're looking for an expensive meal go to one of the other Asian or cuisine restaurants in Park City that's worth the money and experience.
The food here is upscale Chinese and it’s fantastic! Our server Peter was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and most of all, didn’t rush us, despite us closing the dining room on Monday. Thanks for the late reservation and the best dinner of Sundance for all of us. I understand the Prix Fixe menu, but it was a little too much food for us, that’s why the lower marks for value. But we’d recommend and return for sure!
Everyone took excellent care of us! The food was amazing! Thank you!
food is usually very good, however we made our reservation on Open Table and there was no mention that there was $85 Price Fixe until we opened the menu.
We had 5 spice duck app that had no spice. Coconut seafood salad that tasted not too dissimilar to a salad I bought at the supermarket.
Brussels sprouts were excellent as was the Tuna sashimi app.
Black cod dinner was not as flavorful as Shabu's version for half the price.
We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and were overwhelmed with the delectable food menu. The service by Dana was incredible & fun
We were a party of 4 and had the potstickers, duck wraps, lamb spareribs, filet, and lobster/crab ramen. Everything was delicious. Service was great. Will come again on our next trip to Park City.
Slow service and bland entrees. Would not return.
We had a great meal! It was wonderful
Everything was great, service was perfect, Dana was the best!
The service and food were impeccable.
We were a group of 10. Service was great and dinner was delicious.
Went here because it was recommended while out there on a ski trip. I ordered the extremely over priced signature cod dish. My friend ordered several appetizers including the dumplings and shrimp dish as well as brussel sprouts that were soaked in grease/butter. She did not eat them. Dumplings mediocre and shrimp dish made her sick. She barely made it home. I did ok with my expensive cod dish that was just warm. Very strange menu for an Asian restaurant.
we were seated in a cozy private booth and the staff was very friendly. the food however lacked the spice and flavors of good asian cuisine. I also felt the price-value relationship was not good. the $48 lobster/crab ramen (half a tail and pieces of crab) was very fishy tasting (not in a good way) and in general not savory, quite bland. the tuna appetizer was very good but quite simple. the brussels sprout appetizer was tasty but soggy. the chicken hot pot was well done. lemongrass soup was just ok. luckily we had a good California wine and sake to accompany the meal. overall not worth the $60+ per person for 3 apps and 2 entrees.
Gorgeous dinner with friends from Sydney, Australia. Ambiance & food just perfect and looked after very professionally by Rodger Naylor, our food waiter. Thank you Rodger for your attentive service.
Would highly recommend Wahso.

Great waiter and quicker than usual service.
The waiter unhelpfully recommended every appetizer to us. As well as a ribeye for my vegetarian husband based on no other factors than apparently all men like to eat ribeyes. The noodles in my very expensive ramen were very overcooked. Overall a mediocre experience.
Great food, fabulous service, lovely atmosphere! Our favorite restaurant in Park City!
Get a booth at Wahso! Eclectic Asian Inspired fare with beat cooked food in town. You pay for what you get but from cocktails to appetizers and entrees, the experience is fantastic. Waaaaaaahhhhsooooooo!
Went here for New Year’s Eve. Pleasantly surprised that they were serving their usual menu and not an overpriced price fixe. Good, extensive, reasonable wine list. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Decor is a bit dated, but the food and service were top notch.
Very crowded and service rushed. They forgot my order of jasmine rice and potatoes but we had enough food so I didn’t mention it. Food is strong in lemon grass poke bowl style. Appetizers were the best. Waiter spilled soy sauce on table. Luckily it was a small dish. Overall a 3/5 experience.
The food was very good, from apps to entrees. We were here 11 years ago and I don’t know if the menu has changed. Our server was very good and explained because it was busy entrees we’re taking a while but our’s still came out in a timely matter. We were also seated right away for our reservation.
I was so happy to go to Warsau for the first time. It was a birthday celebration and the food and service was delicious. The ambience was lovely with them red lighting and nice and warm inside! Our server Zach was very polite and helpful. Food quality was excellent! The diver scallops were to die for with the udon noodle and curry sauce.
