Lovely food and margaritas as usual. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to food allergies and ensured my wife could eat safely.

Great restaurant and ambiance. Some of the staff are very helpful and then others look as if they don’t want to be there. Excellent food but there are other dishes they could prepare with ingredients that they already have. `Taquitos … enchiladas …. Lovely bar cocktails …. Drink and appetiser/tapas specials could be interesting within …. Staff shouldn’t be surprised that Mexican food (for most all dishes) should be eaten with hands. It’s street food.

Whenever we visit Brighton for a holiday, we always book for Wahaca. (we have nothing like it in Derby!) This was our second visit this year, this time bringing our grandson. The choice of food is great and the food itself is really delicious. We have been coming here for years but the food this year was the best ever! (The Nachos are genuinely the best we have EVER tasted anywhere.) So many wonderful tastes but none, overpowering. There were new menus too which were nicer to read than the previous paper ones. What always impresses us is the relaxed friendliness of the staff. They all tell us that they love to work there so credit must go to the manager Javi for maintaining such a happy but efficient environment. It makes a really nice atmosphere in which to eat.

We had a small birthday celebration which they helped us to enjoy to the fullest we had multiple selections that we shared round and the food which was freshly cooked just for us was very very good and made the whole event even more enjoyable. When it came time for her birthday cake they brought it in with lit candles and joined in singing Happy birthday which was above and beyond and we really appreciated it all. Would we do it again yes we would and again!

We went early around 5pm so pretty empty. Food was good and delicious.

Thoroughly authentic and delicious Mexicqn food, and extremely good value. The latter for one is very filling with great variety. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Excellent experience. I'm on a fodmap diet to help.my ibs and our server could not have been more brilliant! She was helpful, charismatic, knowledgeable and caring. Loved the food, ambience and overall vibe. Would definitely recommend xx

Had a lovely experience. The food was amazing as were the staff. Our waitress Sophie was brilliant and we couldn't compliment her enough. A very nice atmosphere with amazing food, drink and staff we will definitely be back!
