   The food was amazing and there was a ton of variety. We all left very full and feel like we sampled a good portion of the menu. Drinks were solid. Fun atmosphere, the rooftop has a great view overlooking the city. Will definitely be back.

   Danh was very attentive! He even had the crew sing happy birthday for my husband. Sophia was also orienting with Danh and she was always checking up in us if we need anything. Wagyu House ATL never disappoints!!

   Grill meats were not good Unseasoned and bland. The view of the city was pretty good

   Karissa was our server, and she turned our dining experience into a delight. Her warm smile and attentive service made us feel right at home. She knew the menu inside out, offering great recommendations and personal favorites. Karissa anticipated our needs effortlessly, refilling drinks without being asked and checking in at just the right moments.    First time there and it did not disappoint. 10 out of 10. The waitress and the whole staff even at the bar while we waited were extremely polite and friendly.

   Wagyu House has potential but is lacking when it comes to customer service and hosting skills. We had a reservation at 7:30pm Diamond tier on the rooftop.. we didn’t get seated until 8:03pm. I had to go up to the hostesses station which she clearly was undertrained and in shambles and didn’t know what was going on. I noticed she told people to sit at the bar while their table got ready. She didn’t inform us of that and we were just standing around the front entrance seeing other people whose reservation was after us get seated. Paying 109 a person I expected more. Our waitress was not attentive to us and had other tables. Gladly a nice young lady who was helping the waitress saved our experience even after we put in an order for drinks and they “lost our ticket” resulting not getting our drinks for 40 minutes after being seated. They waived the drinks, but the principal of the matter is our original waitress didn’t even notice the mishap. Being in the restaurant business I understand things happen however I hope this review informs the mangers/ owners they need more training for their staff, especially if they want to compete with other dining establishments in Atlanta.

   We've been twice, the first time we were seated inside and the second time we were seated outside. We much preferred outdoor seating with the gorgeous view of downtown ATL. The food was delicious and the service was great. The biggest downside is the drinks. With such an amazing setting, the drinks/cocktails really need to be made better. Their specialty cocktails sound promising, but they are MUCH TOO SWEET! And on our most recent time there, we had a 7 PM reservation on a Sat and by then they already had run out of all soju flavors except for yogurt. We managed to order 3 bottles and then were told they had run out of soju altogether. The bar manager needs to run a tighter ship. They also need to work on keeping the buffet area refreshed because both times I went, most of the pans of hot buffet foods were empty and took forever to be refilled.
