Wagyu Hibachi Sushi Bar
We arrived on time but the staff was very strange. Despite having a full bar, they had no bitters and had to take the drink order three times. The hibachi prep was not sanitary and the food was mediocre. The new decor is modern but the staff are clueless; we will not be back.
The shrimp are over cook, the chicken fried rice didn’t taste good
Updated remodel of Tokyohana more open floor plan. Typical food of this genre with addition of wagyu steaks. Very nice presentation with prompt and courteous service lots of fun for a large group. Very extensive sake list as well as sushi/rolls. Appetizers were excellent
We liked the sushi bombs as a value-priced option to try something different. The staff was very accommodating with request to substitute broccoli for squash. Bright, airy space is more inviting than other hibachi restaurants.
The sushi rolls were absolutely amazing. They have a shorter menu of options for sushi rolls, however each roll is unique and full of flavor (I tried 4). Honestly the best sushi I've had in a long time, even compared to high-end restaurants like Nobu.
Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed at Wagyu! The food had little taste. The hibachi chicken didn’t taste cooked and had no flavor.
The menu was a dirty paper menu. Had to wait along time for our check and for the food to start cooking! Was so very excited to go there however, I don’t believe we will return!
My husband and I love Wagyu Hibachi! The food is excellent and the happy hour specials are great! So glad to have a great hibachi restaurant close by. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Great choice when you’re craving hibachi! Lunch menu is fantastic. Hibachi chicken & shrimp are delicious 😋. A nice, vibrant place to take a cutie on a date. 😎
The Bubble waffle with green tea ice cream was a delicious end to our fun meal!
They did not honor our reservation made on Open Table. We waited 20 minutes for a table. Then once we were seated, we waited 10 minutes to have a drink order taken (all we ordered was water - they didn't even give us water). Then we waited 15 more minutes and the water still had not come, so we left.
45 minutes for nothing.
We went on Sunday afternoon during their soft opening. Food was good not great. We got the lunch portions, so our plates were less full than we're use to from hibachi restaurants. It was nice and quiet and our server was awesome.
Sushi was average. It was nothing special. We have the special cucumber roll which Was nice and the presentation kinda cool but the Tempe couscous was oily tasting so we did not eat.
The bombs were a neat concept except very skimpy on the fish.
Expensive but casual. Bright lighting, fun chefs, good food.
Chose this spot because we wanted sushi and it didn’t disappoint. Service was a little slow, as we sat at the hibachi table for 15 minutes before ordering our sushi rolls. Host (manager?) was very personable, however, when he came by. Beef carpaccio appetizer was to die for.
We had a very nice visit with our two year old.
The restaurant is newly opened and growing in popularity. Our appetizer was excellent. Our main course was cooked the way we wanted it. The waffle bubble for dessert was delicious.
We were traveling from out of state when we happened upon a positive review of this restaurant. We had one of the best dining experiences. The food was excellent the service was fantastic. Highly recommend .
