   Food was amazing as always! The service was amazing, our server was very attentive and helpful! We really enjoyed our meal!

   Absolutely amazing server was lovely checked to see if the banana katsu was available which had an amazing end to the night. Food was lovely had no complaints

   My partners food arrived, no sign of mine. A woman who seemed to be a supervisor came after a while and asked what my order was . Firstly, an incorrect main arrived, which had to be sent back. My main finally arrived, and a side arrived soon after. I thought it was my veggie gyozas, but only after eating one , I realised it was actually pork. I ate them because my food was already so delayed and I’m not a vegetarian anyway. Only once I’d finished my main & side did a portion of veggie gyozas turn up, which we refused, saying I’d already gotten mine (kind of!) and a while later ANOTHER portion arrived which we also refused . I was comped for my main , but really there was so much messing around I think we should have been comped more. My partners Cha Han Donburi arrived without spring onion or pickles, so it was quite bland, and we were really really looking forward to trying Mochis for the rest time and they weren’t great either . We left waiting ages to be able to order our dessert and longer again to get our bill . A real shame as we’d been looking forward so much to our trip to Wagamamas as there is none in the city we live in.

   Food took forever to come out and when they did only my partners food came out ...my food came out 30 minutes after my partners food arrived ...it was poor service

   You know what you are getting with Wagamamas. Food is top class, would like more choice in buying drinks but overall it is class.

   The food is good, however the service on this day was poor. Food arrived at the table before we even had our drinks. There were 6 of us and the dishes came out one at a time, with a substantial wait in between. So a few of us were left without food while others were halfway through their dish. I understand that this can happen at times, but the time gap was way too long.

   I have attended this restaurant dozens of times and unfortunately the service last night was very poor. The restaurant was nearly empty and yet we waited almost 40 minutes before someone took our order. We then waited another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. Once we had finished our meal and our plates had been taken, no member of staff approached us again to ask if we wanted another drink or to pay the bill. We stayed almost an hour after this and eventually had to approach a member of staff to pay the bill at the til. It was a very disappointing experience.

    Was lovely but the way the kitchen operates is bizarre. We were a group of 4. We received 2 mains first. They were gone before some sides arrived. Then the last two mains arrived. I have never had such a strange dining experience. 2 of us were full by the time the sides arrived. 2 were starving and ate too much before their mains arrived. If all the food came at the same time, more or less, that would have been fine. But I wouldn't be in a rush back for this very reason. Food was tasty but the way they serve it would put me off.
