it’s not just japanese, chinese or korean. it’s a fresh take on great asian fusion food.
our exec chef has been travelling extensively across asia, selecting his favorite flavors and recipes and has given them a modern, nourishing twist, the wagamama way
we believe in eating informally | on long communal benches | together with your friends | when you want. come from work. come in your gym clothes. we call this nourishment from bowl to soul

Good food and a funky and hip atmosphere. They lost my reservation but were able to seat us immediately (it was early) . Food was ready right away and pleasant staff. I liked the decor and we were happy to be there. Overall very nice for a group of 7 on a weekend.
food is fresh and delicious. Kids meals were great too- our kids were a little challenged but it was still simple enough that they loved it!
Went there to celebrate a birthday. The food was great but the service was a little slow. A couple of appetizers were cold when they were brought out but other then that it was still really good.
It was easy to get to from the Courthouse Station, about a 10 minute walk. It was busy evening so it took a while for us to get served. However once we did, the waiters were amazing! They apologized and were very attentive and friendly throughout. Everyone enjoyed their dishes (and we were a group of 8) and drinks. I will definitely come here again!
This is a great place to eat before or after visiting the ICA, given its close proximity. We were all very happy with our food but the server seemed a bit overwhelmed. There were two errors on our order that they had to fix and then it took a while to bring the bill because with more people coming in they seemed slammed by the influx.
Service was awful
Do not order coffee here - I should have known better.
The ramen is awesome.
I would recommend Wagamama for takeout not for a business lunch, its too loud. Food came out at different times 5-10min between each one. The waiter was very nice but was not at attentive as other places.
The food itself was very good but the service and organization was not great. The server was very nice, but we had to ask for water three times, and my main course came out before our appetizers or anyone else's food. Eventually 3/4 of our party had our mains and appetizers while the fourth person still didn't have her food. It seemed like they only had one server on for a Saturday evening so it wasn't entirely his fault but it doesn't seem like they were very organized.
Never disappoints
Love the location of this restaurant. Enjoyed most of the dishes – especially the chili squid appetizer. Service was a bit spotty but friendly.
I've been here a lot. I would say that one time out of three, my entree is flavorless and kind of bland. Right amount of spice, but lacking flavor.
Food was yummy. Good variety of options. We were happy to have a great view at the outdoor seating. Relatively quite as they are located on a side street. Our waitress, was visibly annoyed with our difficulty in making decisions, cleared 3 plates while one of the members of our party was still eating. Maybe an off night or policy of turning over tables quickly. Overall good experience. Willing to try them again.
Will definitely dine here again!
Ramen - formula and just mediocre. Poor service and uncomfortable seating. Too expensive for portion size and quality of food, atmosphere and service.
Had a great work lunch with my team. Food was good, but server did forget one item, and apps and food came out simultaneously
Great location near a seaport concert. Quick service yummy food
Interesting menu. Appetizers were good. Very cool drink choices. Ramen options just ok. Service was friendly. I would eat there again but it wasn’t the best food ever so overall a four out of five.
Food and service are excellent
Ambiance and service were excellent! Food I would say could be better. I have eaten some Waggamama’s in London before and their noodles tasted fresher.
Absolutely terrific food! Service was slow ....really inadequate...due to understaffing
Kids mini raman portion is good but taste plain.
Was great with a good vibe!
They were short staffed but very accommodating in regards to our seats. The food was great but paying took longer than one would expect. We had a Wegamama gift card that apparently they had trouble excepting. In the end the manager fixed the issue.
I would recommended wagamama seaport to a a small group of people because I went for my birthday with a party of 11 and the service was slow and one of the servers who brought out our drinks had an attitude.
Already used to have dinner @Wagamama in Milan I found similar dishes plus some special ones we tasted. Service has been very good and we got our dishes in very reasonable time.
Great place for a lunch outdoors! Quick service and lovely outdoor atmosphere.
Love the vibe of this place. Great house music. Delicious food.
Really disappointed in the service. Got our order wrong three times.
Beautiful location and the food was phenomenal!
The new juices are really good, but the dishes we got had zero flavor. I got the curry and it tasted like nothing. For a $25 lunch I can go a lot of other places in the Seaport for a much more flavorful meal
Wagamama usually has good food but was very disappointing this time to not have been served food that was even remotely a bit delicious.
Great Asian fusion cuisine! I ordered chicken katsu curry and it was very delicious. It's a little bit spicy (the curry sauce), so if you're not that into spicy(-ish) food, have a glass of fruit juice aside and you'll be fine 😉
floor was sticky. staff forced to be more focused on earpiece than customers.
Our meal was delicious, but our experience was mediocre.
We purposely made a reservation outside and called ahead to ask about bringing a dog. The hostess said this was permitted over the phone and would sit us at an end table. Only 1 other table was occupied by people outside as it was cooling down and getting windy. No one else was choosing to be outside.
Everything was going well until our food and drinks arrived. We were approached and told our dog was not allowed and would have to be tied up away from our table.
This was very frustrating and we would not have not chosen or stayed at the restaurant had this been disclosed prior (on phone or at arrival).
We ended up rushing to finish our meal and it just changed the mood of dinner. Very unfortunate.
Our hostess was very apologetic, but Management and employees need to be provided with the same information and be able to advise guests about policy without different information.
Yes, but seating is mostly on stools. Booths must be requested in advance.
I wish they would invest in some devices that keep the huge bowls of tasty noodles hot. When I was in Vietnam last year, most of the noodle shops I visited had a warming device under the serving bowls so you could chat and eat leisurely (I don't like cold noodles).
Some of the food was inedible. Now I know why the place was empty
I had been to the one in Harvard Sq a number of times before it closed, and liked it. I liked Seaport even better. So convenient when going to ICA! And unlike most restaurants in Seaport, very reasonably priced.
I made rezy via Open Table. Staff were all super nice! Waitress explained the menu. (My friend never been). We got dumplings appetizer which were very yummy. We both got Ramen bowls. Very tasty!
Although we had come at 9;15pm and they close at 10pm, we never felt rushed.
A noticeable drop in quality since my visit a year ago. The duck meat was dry and lacking in flavor. The restaurant was less than half full compared with same time last year.
Food was the star. Exceeded our expectations. Service was ok - a little disjointed, one of the servers really couldn't explain a couple dishes nor their preparation, but the food was wonderful. We'll return for the food alone. And the price was quite reasonable for the quality of the food.
