Good food, but not as hot as I’d like. Service was good too.
Food was great but the waitress wasn’t nice
I love it here always ! The ingredients are fresh and if you’re looking for comfort food this is the way to go!
The noodles were klumpy and not cooked fully the first time it was shared with us.
Ramen done correctly……rich broth…duck done correctly…….stained egg….comfort food that warms the body and steadies the soul…..seeing as how I was facing surgery the next day it was the perfect comfort food for my given situation……. Thanks and Cheers to all of you at Wagamama…..With Thanks…..Paul
Despite being excited to go back, I do not think it is worth the hype. Food is not THAT good and it is not essentially cheap. Surely you can find more genuine Thai Vietnamese & Ramen food cheaper around. Drinks were good, but pretty sugary.
good food, and fast service
My husband and I went at 930, the latest you could reserve a table. The service was mediocre and the quality of the food was subpar. If 9:30 is too late to reserve the time then maybe 930 shouldn’t be a time listed to reserve a table of the experience is going to be overall awful. We will not be back.
The ramen had way too much oil in and was not spicy as the menu said. When I asked for chili oil they gave me straight up oil with no flavor. They then gave me Sriracha as flavoring. I was with a friend, and her food came out ten minutes later than mine. The lady sitting next to us food a piece of steak in her VEGAN dish. Long story short this place is popular because of it's good location and trendy vibe. In terms of food there's much better options in Boston. Try soup shack.
When we were waiting for the rest of our party 3 different servers kept coming up to us asking to order every minute or so. It seemed like they wanted the 6 person table for the tip we'd give. Dont come with big groups theyll hunt you like sharks. Especially if youre meeting at the resturant.
Family get together. Very enjoyable evening
Good solid Japanese chain. Not an extensive sushi offering but I greatly appreciate the duck on the menu.
Food was great! Had the Salmon Teriyaki with soba noodles- highly recommend. Really enjoyed the juice bar options at lunch- awesome alternative to soda.
We were able to make a reservation here (unlike the Faneuil Hall location). We got a table toward the exterior side of the restaurant (but inside the mall) creating an uncrowded feeling of safe space. The food was great -they seem to be consistent across locations.
I made a reservation via app but they were closed due to maintenance issue. I found out when I got there for dinner with my group. It would’ve been nice if they sent you a notification/text/email to inform you.
Unfortunately, they were out of Ramen! Wish we had known ahead of time.
Our main meal came before appetizer - didnt eat appetizer die to that
This restaurant is in the mall, about a block from the Westin Copley where we stayed. We enjoyed the variety of noodle dishes, their freshly prepared vegetable juices, and we especially liked the hot soup noodle dishes on a cold night. Oh, and the decor is very nice as well.
First time and it won’t be my last! Delish! Excellent service! Loved it!
Quick, affordable, and convenient.
I have been going to Wagamama since 4 years. I go there almost every month, but now won’t be going.
I was seated on the booth near the kitchen. It was so loud, I couldn’t talk to the person I came to have dinner with because of so much loud noise, from the kitchen, the other customers, the song being played. I ordered my usual: Kare Burosu. There was a piece of plastic in my food. I couldn’t eat it after that. When I called the waitress, she took my bowl and came back saying I will not charge you for it. But I was not yet full, and did not want to eat anything else after such experience.
I have loved this ramen all this time, but I cannot take a chance, what if I had eaten that plastic?
NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
We had 3 dishes. The edamame were the best of the 3. That isn’t to say it was spectacular. We had the ginger chicken with udon. The noodles were good , but we got no ginger flavor. We also had spicy beef dish with egg over rice. It was too spicy for us and had a distinct powdery texture foe the spice. Unpleasant at best. I would not go back when there are so many better places to eat.
The food use to be so good but this last time it was so greasy and flavorless. We were so disappointed because we loved eating here when we visited Boston.
Good place to catch a nice healthy dinner. Calamari is a must!
They were out of the two apps we wanted... cauliflower and pork belly bar buns 😞 Everything else was wonderful including service. Will be back for sure!
Nice except a lot of things on the menu they did not have. I especially missed the coconut ice cream that was served with chocolate layer cake. The vanilla ice cream was so-so
pleasantly surprised! good food and variety, friendly staff, very good pricing. definitely a place to return and try more items!
Prompt service and good food
The manager and his staff need to bring their arguments away from the customers.
We were sat right away for our reservation. Our server was friendly and helpful. She offered extra suggestions for us as vegans that she knows the manager enjoys. It was fabulous!! I loved the recommendation and the fact that she took the time to help! Food came and it was flavorful and so filling. We had a great time!
II went there for my Birthday celebration with friends. First the food that I received had hair in it. I sent it back and then the second time I could not spot hair in it but ended in my mouth while eating. The server was not interested in serving us. We told her to split the bill in half instead she put the entire bill on my friend's credit card. It was disappointing experience.
It was great. Just right.
One of our favorite restaurants. Service and food was amazing!
We like their food choices and casual atmosphere.
Service is slow. Food is Okay.
Our server was amazing ! He was so knowledgeable about celiacs as well as food allergy. He was considerate and amazing. The food however was not my favorite.
Tasty food at reasonable prices. Wasn’t busy when we were there, and food came very quickly.
Amazing food, first time eating Ramen and it was the best!
