Wagamama - Prudential Center
it’s not just japanese, chinese or korean. it’s a fresh take on great asian fusion food.
our exec chef has been travelling extensively across asia, selecting his favorite flavors and recipes and has given them a modern, nourishing twist, the wagamama way
we believe in eating informally | on long communal benches | together with your friends | when you want. come from work. come in your gym clothes. we call this nourishment from bowl to soul
Great place! Fresh, delicious dishes, and great service. Reasonably priced. Only complaint (and it's not really one) is that it is a bit loud... :)
Near to Symphony Hall where we were headed to a concert. Didn't sit at one of the long tables but were given a booth. Had a delicious fresh juice and my husband had a ginger beer from the UK. We both had the Teppanyaki dishes but with different noodles; he had Udon and I had Soba. Both nicely spiced and quick. We had very attentive service. Cost for meal is moderate . Restaurant is noisy, so be prepared.
The food was fresh and delicious. Vegan options were clearly documented. Only drawback was the noise level
total disappointment. the food wasn't very good, the whole place looks a bit rundown, the bathroom floor was sticky. i'd been to Wagamama in London and had a good experience. Here, in Boston, it was just average. I can't say anything good about it, at all.
The food was great and we hope to go back for another meal soon. The restaurant was a little noisy but other than that everything was great. I would love to see a location in the Chicagoland area.
Sure, it was fine but it was not like the Wagamamas we've been to in Europe. This one seemed to be Americanized.
This place gets crowed quick, but you won't have to wait too long. The food is great here!
Our server was fantastic the food was so fresh and delicious. It was our first time there but our son's second time. He requested to go for his birthday and was so excited to share it with us. Would go again for sure!
This is probably one of my new favorite restaurants, I definitely will be going back.
Matcha Beer is something to look forward to for sure! Most of the food we ordered was good in terms of quantity and taste. My complaint is with the bao buns which were under cooked.
Nice waitress, food overpriced $15+tax+tip for veg noodle ramen way over the top. Interesting, Waga’s is cheap as chips at home in the UK.
Lack of soft furnishings in the dining room, makes for a very loud eating environment. The fengshui seems out of kilter.
Place ok, but far from totes amaze!
Wait staff is great, food is good. Only complaint is how long it takes to get your order.
Was seated but no one came to wait on us so we simply left. (Very disorganized and unprofessional) walked down to California Pizza and received better service.
The pork baos were not good. Very fatty. We had to return them. The pad Thai was good.
Went to Wagamama in London and was a total waste of money and exactly same thing in Boston! Selling poor quality fake Japanese and pan Asian food to people who do not know which one is good or bad. No wonder there were very little Asians dining here.
This place was very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of tourists and loud people, felt a bit like a cafeteria. In the past we have enjoyed quiet meals here, but that was pure luck. The service was excellent, immune to the loud and crowded tables.
Excellent service! I got a pad Thai salad and loved it.
Excellent food. Very reasonably priced. Authentic, absolutely delicious.
This is my favorite restaurant in town. Food is good and service is quick.
We love coming here, great food along with fresh squeezed fruit and veggie drinks is fantastic
Great food!!! Not always great service
We came in for a quick bite before the theater. That's what we got. Lots of variety to please vegetarians and meat-eaters.
Great early dinner with good service and quickly ready delicious food!
Rude and incompetent waitstaff served incorrect orders. Dinnerware and flatware were dirty. Absolute train wreck
Our server was so kind and came by often to check on us. The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious!
Food was decent. If you have had authentic ramen before this might be a letdown. Otherwise, the service and ambiance were good.
I always enjoy the food here... Great blend of Asian cuisines, lots of vegetarian options. Service is always friendly and servers are responsive, but the waiting times to bring food to tables is a little long (especially during the lunch rush)
Food was okay. Service was slow. It was also very busy. If want a desert need to order it early b/4 you are done eating your food. Ordered a desert, which took over 30 minutes to get it.
The space is tight and loud, but the food is absolutely worth it. I have a close friend who lived in Japan for years and swears by this place, and I can say it is certainly the best ramen I've had.
There were 9 of us. One person had to wait an awfully long time for her meal. This has happened before.
Also, the noise level is super high. You should install noise absorbing things on the ceiling....there really is such a thing. But, the food is excellent. Great place for large or small group.
Interesting Asian food. The wagamama soup was tasty but a bit hard to eat. It would be nice if the wait staff would ask if they needed help in using the utensils.
The service model did not work well. The waiters were not assigned to particular custody tables. As a result it felt like we were ignored. The food was good however.
While I thought the food, ambiance and price were spot on, I found the service to be cold and impersonal. I felt rushed through my meal. I like to be asked if I would like something to drink and receive my drink before I order. It was just the opposite. I also think having someone else delivering your order to the table is odd, especially having the person taking your order writing the dish number on your place mat so that person knows where to put the dish down...? Tacky!
Food came very fast. Very loud and energetic. Food was enjoyable.
Food was really amazing. Service is also good. I have tried almost everything on menu card and my favorite is Kastu Curry 🍛
I got a reservation for a party of six with one night's notice for New Year's Eve. They seated us on time, and the atmosphere was pretty casual. We ordered some dumplings as appetizers, they were above average. I ordered Chicken Chili Ramen as my entree. The noodles were tender, and the chicken was good quality as well. However, the broth was incredibly sweet on its own. I am certainly no ramen buff, but overall the dish was fine, I wish I had gotten the chicken teriyaki which my friend got and it looked divine. The service was fine, it took a little bit for our drinks to arrive, but nothing was too delayed. Overall, the food was affordable, and a good place to go with a group.
Our family/friend group of ten enjoyed delicious food and exceptional service for a special birthday lunch. I highly recommend this healthy, tasty, and welcoming restaurant.
They were unable to accommodate my request for high chairs but everyone was kind and it all worked out in the end. It was busy so service was a little slow at times but understandable and our food still came out quickly
The noodles and baos are great but the fried dumplings need improvement.
I really enjoyed my lunch here. The food was excellent and the service was very quick. I can't wait to go back!
