Wagamama - Prudential Center
it’s not just japanese, chinese or korean. it’s a fresh take on great asian fusion food.
our exec chef has been travelling extensively across asia, selecting his favorite flavors and recipes and has given them a modern, nourishing twist, the wagamama way
we believe in eating informally | on long communal benches | together with your friends | when you want. come from work. come in your gym clothes. we call this nourishment from bowl to soul
Food was okay. Service was slow. It was also very busy. If want a desert need to order it early b/4 you are done eating your food. Ordered a desert, which took over 30 minutes to get it.
The space is tight and loud, but the food is absolutely worth it. I have a close friend who lived in Japan for years and swears by this place, and I can say it is certainly the best ramen I've had.
There were 9 of us. One person had to wait an awfully long time for her meal. This has happened before.
Also, the noise level is super high. You should install noise absorbing things on the ceiling....there really is such a thing. But, the food is excellent. Great place for large or small group.
Interesting Asian food. The wagamama soup was tasty but a bit hard to eat. It would be nice if the wait staff would ask if they needed help in using the utensils.
The service model did not work well. The waiters were not assigned to particular custody tables. As a result it felt like we were ignored. The food was good however.
While I thought the food, ambiance and price were spot on, I found the service to be cold and impersonal. I felt rushed through my meal. I like to be asked if I would like something to drink and receive my drink before I order. It was just the opposite. I also think having someone else delivering your order to the table is odd, especially having the person taking your order writing the dish number on your place mat so that person knows where to put the dish down...? Tacky!
Food came very fast. Very loud and energetic. Food was enjoyable.
Food was really amazing. Service is also good. I have tried almost everything on menu card and my favorite is Kastu Curry 🍛
I got a reservation for a party of six with one night's notice for New Year's Eve. They seated us on time, and the atmosphere was pretty casual. We ordered some dumplings as appetizers, they were above average. I ordered Chicken Chili Ramen as my entree. The noodles were tender, and the chicken was good quality as well. However, the broth was incredibly sweet on its own. I am certainly no ramen buff, but overall the dish was fine, I wish I had gotten the chicken teriyaki which my friend got and it looked divine. The service was fine, it took a little bit for our drinks to arrive, but nothing was too delayed. Overall, the food was affordable, and a good place to go with a group.
Our family/friend group of ten enjoyed delicious food and exceptional service for a special birthday lunch. I highly recommend this healthy, tasty, and welcoming restaurant.
They were unable to accommodate my request for high chairs but everyone was kind and it all worked out in the end. It was busy so service was a little slow at times but understandable and our food still came out quickly
The noodles and baos are great but the fried dumplings need improvement.
I really enjoyed my lunch here. The food was excellent and the service was very quick. I can't wait to go back!
Great place for yummy ramen!!
Had Friday office lunch for 15 people, service was good and good came out promptly. Even one enjoyed their meals. It's the secind time we've had an
Rice was dry and seemed from the day before. Portions are small and very basic tasting. Salad was very basic even though ingredients on menu sounded amazing. Ramen noodles were just “meh”.
He menu looks amazing and pulls you in to go eat there but food is very mediocre at best.
Very disappointed by the food considering the price. My curry was not flavorful, just spicy. My friend's curry was slightly better but it looked like microwaved food.
Not for me. Very noisy. Very open. Bench seating with all diners. No privacy. Better like noodles. Food had little veggies or meat. I was not impressed.
The idea, the menu and the setting all look very attractive. But the execution is poor, the dishes are either over spicy or the flavors aren't right. Except for the Bao and Duck rice, all the other dishes we ordered to share (party of 6) weren't great and were left half-eaten. No one in the party enjoyed the place.
Host was Rude
Scheduled a Friday office lunch, just because, and had 12 people and 1 take out order. Service was good and prompt, and they even worked with 1 team member regarding their meal choice as they have a soy allergy. All in all, every one enjoyed their lunch
The food was very yummy and the service was quick and courteous.
I love the food here so much. Fresh and clean tasting.
Took a while to get service and it’s a little pricey, but the food tastes pretty good. Drinks are not really anything special.
Love coming back to Wagamama. Lived in London for several years and first came across the restaurant. It's great to have one here and the food is just as yummy. Great range on the menu and perfect for picky or indecisive eaters.
