Excellent afternoon experience; loved the gyoza, Korean BBQ and mushroom boas as well as the pork belly ramen!
The food was delicious and the service was quick! I highly recommend the duck gyoza!

Came for lunch on a Monday. There was practically nothing open at 11 am and we wanted a sit down lunch with my mom and 2 year old son. This place turned out great- even got chicken katsu for my son and he loved it- he also loved me ramen! The sake mojito was wonderful. The service was top notch.
As others have indicated on Yelp, service at this location leaves much to be desired. No one really checked on our table, the food arrived one at a time and had to chase down a staff to get the check. Would suggest the Seaport District location instead.
Food quality has gone downhill since before covid. Chicken was over cooked and rubbery.

We hadn't been to downtown Boston as a family for a while, but it was great to come in from the burbs. Great meal- I've been to Wagamamas around the world and this was as good as any that I remember. Had my chicken katsu and a power juice and green tea. Service was friendly and helpful-- and safe. Great seating outside and we had a great afternoon. Smaller menu for Covid, but hoping that some of the other stuff comes back soon!

As always, great food. Quincy Market location seemed to have a different menu from the Prudential Center location.
Rice from the food is less. And we waited for a long time to pay for the check.
Given the pandemic atmosphere, I can well understand that the restaurant may have been short-staffed. It was sort of chaotic, though, to be able to flag down a server, especially and one of our meals wasn't delivered. After asking for it, we were told it was fast-tracked in the kitchen, and it was eventually delivered. However, it was after the rest of our party had eaten. No compensation was offered, so that was disappointing.
Our server, Francesca, went above and beyond to help us choose our entrees as first time diners. We had great meals and can’t wait to go back.

We originally experienced Wagamama in London almost 20 years ago and now we try to go to Boston annually to enjoy again. The flavors of the food are so amazing and overall the dining experience is lovely.
My last experience at Wagamama was very disappointing. I'd eaten there once before, and I had absolutely loved it. However, when I tried to go again, I knew it would be super busy, so I made reservations the night before. 7 minutes before my schedule reservation, they called and cancelled on me because they were at maximum capacity. Again, I KNEW it was going to be busy! That's why I made reservations! Of course at that point, I was left scrambling to try to find somewhere to eat, because every other restaurant was packed as well.
I really enjoyed my first experience, and I was looking forward to me second. I'm upset it turned out this way, and I don't know if I'd go back.
They we not prepared for a busy night. Our waiter forget to enter 2 of our meals and 2 of our appetizers Tee had to get up and grab own napkins and forks.
We had requested a view of the Cmas tree and boy did they deliver! Best seats in the house to view the current Blink light show. Staff was super friendly and helpful, took multiple photos for us. Food was tasty and arrived quickly. 5 star experience.
We needed to eat quickly to get to a concert. It took maybe 40 minutes for us to receive our drinks, and the server wouldn't take our food order until after the drinks had arrived. We had wanted it to be a quick dinner, and it took twice as long as it should have, making us late for the concert. Also, a dish that was supposed to be shrimp only had chicken in it; a dish that was supposed to be mild was too spicy to eat, so had to be remade.
Ordered ramen broth was tasteless, hoster was really rude. Service let us down, they brought our food but we didn’t even have silverware to eat yet. Had to wait quite bit for Waitress while food was getting cold to be able to get silverware n sticks. Worse part they didn’t even notice it we had to ask.

Food is excellent. Service was average, but I think our server forgot about us in the beginning...it was a little chilly inside, but overall the food is fantastic.
We had a very nice outside table. Unfortunately very slow service as our order was overlooked and we waited for our food about 50min.
The waiter apologised and brought over $20 voucher.
Food was ok, rather dry as the dishes was lacking some kind of a sauce. We used a lot of soya sauce to be able to mix it all together.
Overall, good experience just unfortunate with the long wait for the order.

Food was delicious, service great and location in Quincy Market near Faneuil Hall is outstanding. A bit pricey but still very tasty and pleasant.
We were sat first all the way in the back and the vent was blowing air that smelled like sewage. When we asked about it, they said there’s nothing to do about the smell because the vent comes from the main building. We were moved up front and things were better...but it took a while.
Waiters didn’t know what table food went too. Came over to us about 6 times with wrong food that was for a different table. Gave our food to another table as well
