When we arrived it was news to the server that we had a reservation so it took a while for them to get us seated. There was 14 of us and that is why we booked ahead, they managed to seat us in a row with 12 seats and one on the end so we squeezed in. The staff were pleasant and friendly, there was just too few of them and this lead to long waits for food and drinks. It was the same last time I visited, there was just 4 then. They need more staff as tables are now too slow to be cleared to get people seated and served.

It was a reduced menu to start with the food arrived my fiends food was good but mine was cold dry and thrown together

Unfortunately we have to operate with a reduced menu at present due to limitations on staff/chef capacity in the kitchen. This shouldn't, and as yet, hasn't affected the quality of the dishes available on our menu. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your meal. Had we known at the time we would have resolved this issue to your satisfaction with a replacement or alternative dish. I'm confident you'll have a better experience next time should you decide to visit again

The service was slow compared to the previous time ( it could be because of covid) overall it was great!

Loved it, very enjoyable. We arrived for dinner as part of our 1st wedding anniversary and all the staff congratulated us. They were all lovely and the food was gorgeous as always.

Our 5 year old loves it here and delights in her reliable meal of the kids katsu curry. My wife and I wentfor firecracker, she got the chicken and I opted for prawn. Both dishes are super spicy and delicious. We also had a side of pulled pork gyoza. Service was excellent, brisk but friendly.

Wagamama has some of the most delicious food I've eaten anywhere. I dined there with my Mum and my younger brother, both of which are fussy eaters and I'm vegan myself. We all loved our food! There were a variety of options in the kids menu, for my brother, and I had plenty to choose from in the vegan menu. I've been dreaming of the vegan Katsu Curry- I must return to have it again. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The interior of the restaurant is clean and the decor is beautiful. The service was quick and the prices good. The only feedback I have is: there should be dessert options for vegans. 10/10 would recommend!
