Wait staff very nice but service slow, and I got my starters and main before the other 3 people got their starter, also my husband’s starter came after his main, chocolate cake dessert was dry and cold, and we left before coffee as it was taking so long

After waiting over 30 minutes for our food to come we were then told that the chef would not cook our dish that we requested a certain vegetable removed and replaced with an alternative one. Would have thought it's a simple request from us as everything is cooked fresh. When our food did arrive they mixed up our rice that we had ordered too. We were not happy with the experience at wagamamma.

We had several issues. We ordered a few dishes and had issues with 2. The duck donburi clearly showed a fried egg and arrived without. Our chicken curry (new type and can’t remember the name) arrived to our table with 2 tiny pieces of chicken in it. This is the second time it’s happened at Wagamama. It took a considerable time for our server to bring the missing items, totally taking from our dining experience. When this happened I ordered another drink. I totally expected as a matter of courtesy, a free drink surely would’ve been offered. Customer service was obviously not on the agenda at the last Wagamama team meeting. This will make me consider other restaurants the next time our family intend to dine out, even though my family really like Wagamama.

Menu appears reduced , some favourites no longer available and impressions not replaced. Duck pancakes , Hot chicken salad. Overall enjoyable.
