Here'I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Waco Kitchen and was absolutely blown away by their short ribs paired with sweet potato scallop. The ribs were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and falling off the bone. The sweet potato scallop was a delightful companion, with its creamy texture and a hint of sweetness that complemented the savory ribs beautifully. This dish is a standout and a must-try for anyone visiting. Highly recommended for an exceptional dining experience!

FANTASTIC place to eat. Food and service and ambiance were all phenomenal. And WOW what comfortable booths. Some of the most comfortable I have ever sat in and so appreciated. Love it!

We really enjoyed Waco. The food and service were great. We were a bit disappointed that they had a full bar but weren’t serving drinks. We found that very odd.

Beautiful flight to Lakeland airport in my Beechcraft Bonanza. Excellent food and atmosphere. I will return!

It was a perfect place for our family to meet for lunch with a 2 year old. Sitting on the patio with a view of the planes was very entertaining. Service and food were fantastic! We will definitely be returning!

Exquisitely served charcuterie. Excellent swordfish. Lovely atmosphere with an awesome view of the Lakeland airport flight line. Excellent service and very yummy desserts.
