   I made reservations April 22 my son's Birthday and when we showed up Waco Kitchen was closed someone should have called or texted me to let me know . The other areas I gave 3 stars because I wasn't able to give a true review

   We took people to eat and had them look in advance on the website to see what kind of wine they would like. We were surprised to find out that they have not been able to sell alcohol for the last 4 months. It should be on their website. Our guests were excited to try the wines advertised from Portugal. Our food was excellent- our guests Elk gumbo was cold, but taste was great. We would go back- but would call first to make sure they have their alcohol license back if we have guests.

   My reservation got canceled due to short staff. Maybe as the season gets nicer it will be busier to accommodate the traffic. Will try again soon.

   I had the swordfish and it was phenomenal. My CFI had the chicken parm and he seemed to like it. My girlfriend had the Waco tacos and did not care for them, and to be fair they did not look that great. Great airport restaurant overall though I would just order something besides the tacos.

   Excellent service and food, as always. A very relaxing place. Weather permitting, wonderful views of a variety of aircraft taking off and landing.

   Great food/service. Unfortunately, no alcohol served due to license issue and no update on Open Table app to inform of that fact. Had the same “surprise” about 6 weeks ago and assumed issue was resolved. Not a big drinker, but do enjoy a cocktail with Saturday night dinner. Love this restaurant but disappointed as to the lack of disclosure as to their licensing issue.

   Eating at Waco Kitchen is a fun experience! You can see where the planes are built on your way to your table, then watch them takeoff or land while dining. We all enjoyed our food ruebens, tacos & beet salad & beet hummus. Will definitely come back again!

   Fantastic restaurant. Cost was reasonable. Server was super attentive. Somewhat limited selections on the menue but each selection that my group tried was superb. Seating overlooks the GA ramp amd the main runway so it was interesting to watch the planes come and go. And suoer convenient that we could park our aircraft right in front of the Waco Kitchen.

    nice view to outdoor and beautiful day. Always a varied menu. Missed having no quinoa bowl. friendly service.
