Although it was busy, we were served well, thanks to Sam who checked on our table regularly. She was nice and polite.

Excellent service and food. We had a table of 12 adults and 3 children. Everything was great.

That was not the first time. But was the best one. We got respect and kind welcome and greetings seeing as, it was a birthday dinner. Thanks WACKY’s for such a good night.

We were greeted and seated quickly by a friendly staff person. Our drink orders were filled promptly. We were in a section of 5 tables but when our food orders were placed they were enteres as 5 separate tables. 3 out of 5 tables got there food at the same time. The other 2 tables waited another 10 plus minutes for their food. This was very disappointing. She did not come by our section to ask how our food was or if we needed anything else. After our meal we weren't asked if we'd like coffee or dessert, we had to go find her to ask for it. We had to find her one more time to pay the bill at the end of the evening. Par for the course I suppose. All in all the experience was not good. I would expect more for a $350.00 bill.

I made reservations for a family of 6 the food was great and we were having a great time playing games until we were asked to give up our table for another group coming in, we had intended to go back for dessert and appetizers and shakes for the kids after they were done playing games. There was 2 more large booths empty and another one that was available it just needed to be cleaned. I’ve been to wackys multiple times but this was the first time I decided to bring my kids and getting kicked out of our table when we were celebrating an occasion was just awful !! Gonna take something amazing for our group to ever come back again.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a really helpful and nice gentleman who showed us exactly where our table and party was. He was ribbing us for being Toronto Maple Leafs fans which was pretty funny and made us laugh. A really nice guy (didn’t catch his name unfortunately). Our food took an hour to come but it was expected because it was packed with people who were there for the Wacky Wednesday All you can eat wings so it’s completely understandable. (Cold fries for 2 people at our table due to the high volume of people. However, the food was delicious. Our server was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. When we were walking to our table we heard other guests saying it was too dark in there but we didn’t mind. We loved the ambiance, especially the giant televisions you can watching the hockey game on! The kids had a blast playing in the arcade section but did find it rather pricey and expensive. ( We did find out they do have half price games on Tuesday night) so we will definitely be back. All in all it was a great night out! Great food, service and worth every cent!
