This is my go to. So sad it burnt down the next day 😔
Great California Sushi. Nice Cocktails. A bit loud but fun for a night out.
This is one of our regular go-to's and neighborhood favorites. We're always well looked after and love the ambiance.
Yummy spot. Service was good not great, but the food was terrific. Would come back.
Really good happy hour menu and great with kids early evening. Great food. We love this place.
Excellent food, service and interior.
Sterling is amazing and appreciated the stand out customer service.
Server was so nice , catered to our crazy whim's.
The Ambiance was fun and lively.
Food was delicious and I can't think of one bad thing.
Mediocre, small portions, expensive food Indifferent service. 4 people $250 w/tip and then we went down street to eat since were still hungry
Fun atmosphere, excellent food!
Not only is super extra expensive, but we found the dishes poor of quantity and flavor. The place has a beautiful design, but it was all ruined by the service, every 5 minutes we had the waitress asking if we were done or if we wanted something else. We were a group of old friends that wanted to enjoy great conversation for a couple of hours, not be disrupted all the time by a very bad mannered waitress. The quality of the served wine was terrible and too expensive.
From the food to the drinks, everything was wonderful!! Our server, McKenzie, was OUTSTANDING!!! She was knowledgeable, attentive, and absolutely positive and cheerful!! She made our experience perfect. The Pinot Noir , California roll, short ribs, Japanese fried chicken, and miso cod were spectacular!!!
One of the best Japanese Restaurant I have been too from service to food to value for money
Great tasting food, but unreasonably expensive. There were no good options of value here, you are paying for the scene.
Better sushi options all around.
I really like Wabi! I love the food and the scene. It is quite noisy though.
I have been to wabi sabi many times however, this time was really bad. I do not know what it was about the resturant but I do not think I will be going back anytime soon. It is a great ambiance and amazing service however, the food was really off. For that price it needs to be on par every time however, it was gross. This is one of my favorite places and in a couple months i will return but I am going to need a break.
Nice spot with cool music playing. Reminds me at the old days of 70s 80s. Menue has good variety. Quality of food was very good.
everything was so fresh, melt in your mouth quality fish! Very pleased with the cocktails and the selection of unfiltered sakes. Overall amazing experience!
Went with my sister and it was a great place to have a cute sister date! Lively enough but not overwhelming.
Felt like a nightclub. Not ideal for conversation but decent food. Definitely too expensive for quality and overall experience. Beautiful decor.
This is my second time at the restaurant I had a lovely time and would return again. The food is good the price point is good the atmosphere is great!
It was perfect! Amazing food, great atmosphere!
Wabi was a treat . Great sashimi platter. One of the best I’ve had. Terrific service friendly and attentive. Seating wasn’t great as we were seated right behind the hostess. There aren’t many two tops as most couples sit at the sushi bar. Otherwise a memorable meal. Don’t forget to order the homemade mochi!
It was too loud inside. We had to yell our order so the server could hear us. Food was ok.
great service and atmosphere and the food is consistently great. My favorites are the Miso Cod and the PB&J sushi roll.
Food was amazing, service was exceptional. Portions are smaller for price
Wabi Sabi continues to hold the top spot on Abbot Kinney for beautiful food, fun and excellent service!
Thx for the yummy fun time. We had a great table and I he waiter was on his game.
Wabi Sabi's decor is really artistic and exotic! I loved the energy of the place. I requested a romantic table and didn't get it but we had so much fun we didn't care! The food is pricey but superb. We will be back!
I love their food. Their service needs help. I love their sushi menu and their cocktails are super yummy and always changing. I wish they would get a better service team that cared more about the patrons. I’ve eaten here over 10 times and I can’t ever remember a great night of service, which is too bad.
Very loud music for a
Great service and awesome food! Coming back soon for sure
We had a very nice time dining with friends and would also reccomend the bar afterwards.
Food was incredible and our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. Service overall was quick and we felt very taken care of. The Japanese eggplant was one of my favorites. Will definitely be going back to try more of the menu!
Amazing food! Best quality sushi. I would definitely reccomend
Yes great good niggt witv friends
The food and the service was great but what really did it for me was the amazing and attentive service we received.
Food was great. Service is a little slow and seems like the bar can't keep up with the demand as often times (not just us, but even tables around us) drinks either took a long time to come or were just forgotten entirely. Would definitely go again, but just be prepared for a bit slower service.
Amazing ambiance and good strong cocktails. Our table was very wobbly and it was set in a slope, so it was uncomfortable.. Our appetizers were served before our cocktails, probably because the bartenders were really busy. Our appetizer plates weren’t cleared until after we had finished our last course which was also uncomfortable because our table was tiny. The chicken karaage was alright, it needed a lemon wedge or some kind of acid but it was moist. We also had two rolls which were not memorable. I think one has wagyu beef and the other was so bland that all I remember was the arugula served with it was fresh. I enjoyed eating the arugula better than the roll. Overall I’d go back for the cocktails. Maybe.
