Mix review: Decor is good Food is very good but on the expensive side. Service need to tuning Music needs to be turned down a notch Would comeback? Probably

The service was very memorable. Our server was super kind and helpful throughout the visit. He was professional and courteous and took pride in serving each course. He even went out of his way to take many photos. I very much enjoyed the luxurious modern take on traditional high tea. It was a delightful afternoon, and the decor, food, and service were all A+.

The oysters were not fresh and the steak was over cooked. I love the hotel but Living Room is a pass.

Once again we had an amazing time at the W Living Room. George and the bartender today, made our experience outstanding!! The selection of the afternoon tray, both sweet & savoury was delicious.

Generally very happy with our day at the w hotel for high tea. The food was a little underwhelming but service made up for it. Would not come back for high tea but would like to come back for drinks and a snack one evening

The Living Room’s service as usual was stellar. This is the second time we have had this server and she truly is fantastic! The food was very good and ambience was excellent. The my only issue was I called on the previous Monday to see if there was live music playing or dancing. The gentleman I was speaking with said that the hostess would either call me or email me back that evening. I waited 3 days and called the Thursday evening and left a message and still didn’t hear back from anyone.

Had a wonderful experience here for a valentine’s dinner with my fiancé. We thoroughly enjoyed listening to the amazing female artists that performed in the Art x Soul event. Definitely recommending to our friends and will be back again!
