We were a 50+ party of four just looking for some good food on short notice. Definitely had a younger vibe, but it was not a bad thing; it gave the place some life. However, we did enjoy making fun of the three girls in the elevator taking selfies without a destination. Service was slow to start but sorted itself out. The food was fantastic; everything we ordered was delicious and creative. The cocktails were also really thoughtful and tasty. I would recommend this to all, just based on that alone. The music was loud but fun, and the DJ was reading the room. We could still talk at our table without raising our voices.

This is a great option in yorkville for a roof top bar. My drink was amazing and was presented beautifully. The service was amazing and the ambiance was quite nice. Will be back.

The service was great with our waitress Crystal! The ambiance was beautiful, with music in the back ground. The food is middle eastern, which was very tasty, be ready for a nice kick of spice! The small plates are just that, a small app. Our main courses were great, also a great size! All the food was very good, drinks were also great They have a corking fee of $50 which is great. Recommend for a chill night out for drinks and some food!

Skylight rooftop bar was a great swanky spot to go to for a girls’ night out on the town! The ambiance had us feeling like we were in a high-end New York rooftop bar. Service was perfect and our host was so personable and friendly! The GM came to our table and we had a good conversation which was a good hospitality touch!

Food was delicious. Cocktails are a bit overpriced. Great ambience and environment, with wonderful service. Chairs and tables on outdoor patio seats were a bit uncomfortable to sit in, as chairs are too tall for the height of table, making you constantly bending down to eat. Overall, a great choice in the city for dinner out!

Visually, Skylight is impressive. I was turned off though because the moment we were seated the 1st comment from the host was ‘ you only have this table for 2 hrs’. I was unimpressed. We were given the option of a seat in the back corner or a high top by the window. We chose high top for the view. The seats/stools are not designed for short legged people. We we’re unable to touch the foot rest, in addition the table top is far too high relative to the seats, making for an uncomfortable and annoying. I found myself standing more then sitting. The DJ started at 8pm and after that, it was more like being in a bar atmosphere. Its definitely simply a place to go for drinks.

Wonderful experience at Skylight Rooftop Bar. We had reservations at 8:15pm and were instantly sat. We were then greeted by our server who started us off with 2 cocktails which were superb. Server was knowledgeable of the menu as well. We got 2 apps and tried the Wagyu as an entrée. Hummus and Wagyu were excellent tasting. Oysters were good, but the Smokey fries are what did it. Would definitely recommend trying those. Ambiance was nice, we had a table inside somewhat close to the outdoor section. Beautiful views and ambiance. Overall great experience here, will be back!

We were absolutely stunned that two standard drinks (not specialty drinks) came to $64 — two very small martinis. They must have made a massive mistake or purposefully boosted the bill. We were so stupefied that we simply walked out after paying. These were two or three ounce drinks. Very nice people with lots of smiles, but this is outlandish and absurd. I hope they post a reason or a response.

Service was brilliant! I have mentioned that it’s friends bday when I made a reservation our server provided us brilliant service. The only recommendation is chairs are too high and not too comfortable.

Cocktails very average , Paloma not the greatest.. no agave .. pornstar martini = pineapple juice .. Martinez not even close .. our waitress was stunning yet another one approached us which had her friends in one of the cabanas.. it was ok for her friends to Vape in front of her, so i took my vape a while later and then she approached me and asked me not to smoke, didn’t want to make a fuss about it but I wasn’t happy !! Our waitress was First Class !! Connected with us, few laughs , thats what service is all about ! Emotional engagement! She’s a superstar when it comes to that ! Even when i shared my feedback with her , you can see that she tried her best!! Food was DIVINE !! Kudos to the chef !! Amazing understanding of flavor and balance ! Hostess was spectacular! Very genuine and cosmopolitan! Wouldn’t go back for a cocktail experience but definitely for food !

So far the best restaurant in Toronto with middle eastern food I’ve been to. So unique yet delicious Service TOP, food AMAZING, music PERFECT And let me tell you, I am very picky when it comes to high end restaurants I’m really happy I chose this place for our dinner Will definitely come back ❤️
