   Celebrated my birthday with family and friends as I’ve done in prior years at the W and had a blast as usual. Service is phenomenal and the food and music are amazing. The W Lounge is, hands down, my favorite spot for a night out on the town.

   Made reservations in the lounge for pre show appetizers and drinks. Worked out perfectly good, drinks and service were great. A little on the pricey side but perfect for a night out in the town

   There were only two servers the entire evening; looked short handed for a busy theater night. Waitress was friendly and rushing around - good spirits about herself, but seemed to be doing all the work for two people. Ordered calamari - little tough. Burger was fantastic. Desert (fallen chocolate cake with ice cream wonderful.

   I made a reservation for 8 people for 6 PM in the lounge. Our group usually stops at the W Lounge for drinks and appetizers before the Chris Botti concert every year. This is the first time I have made a reservation. In the past we were usually able to get seats at the bar or a table but this year I made a reservation but when we got there we were told the lounge was overbooked. They offered us the private dining room in the restaurant instead. While we missed being away from the energy of the bar, the room was decorated nicely for the holidays and the staff did their best to accommodate us.

   Very fun vibe in the lounge area. Drinks were tasty! We only got an appetizer to eat which was good. Service was excellent!!

   Fantastic service from Jessica and the service team. Cocktails were delicious, the food items we had (fried calamari, prosciutto and fig flatbread and hot honey chicken sliders) were nothing special. A little flat in the seasonings.

   We were really happy with our pre-theater dinner here. Weren’t sure about it just being a bar menu, but there was plenty to choose from, all of our dishes were super tasty: seviche appetizer, mini crab sliders, a cheese burger, Caesar salad with steak on top, bbq chicken flatbread and delicious drinks. Our server was super nice and we will definitely be back. A great spot before going to a show!

    Made a reservation for the new garden, but given the weather the garden was closed early. I was not informed until I arrived then was placed in an area that was closed inside that switched servers at least twice. Food was decent but overall highly disappointed with the W. I’ve dined here before several times and this was my worst experience.

    This was a 30th birthday celebration and overall we had a great time and no complaints. The appetizers although the selection was limited, were very good and reasonably priced. Cocktails were delicious and our server was was excellent and incredibly attentive the whole night. The DJ was also very good and played a variety of music . The $100 valet was a little excessive but I won't judge to the Lounge on that.

    Had an late afternoon lunch reservation at the W lounge. Was very disappointed that the location is in the actual lobby of the hotel. On the coldest day of the year it was no fun have the freezing wind blow over the beer bottle and glassware on our table. Our server was excellent and we enjoyed our food and drinks. Unfortunately we were asked to move to a smaller table in the middle of our visit and I didn’t want to move. I probably won’t ever return here as it isn’t very comfortable or luxurious in any way.

    Had the best time on Sat night. We reserved a table, had awesome food + the drinks were tasty. The DJ was amazing, played a mix of 80s, 90s, 2000s R&B & Hip Hop and I was so happy. The crowd was rockin as well.. first time I’ve seen ppl actually dancing in the lounge. If they don’t change the format, my friends & I will definitely be back.

    Selected due to proximity to the theatre. After 50 minutes and multiple kind requests to get someone to take our order we were asked if we wanted our check. No we were still waiting to order our food. Barely got to way half of it before rushing out the door to be on time.

    The way the W catfished us with the “Secret Garden” had me thrown. It was neither secret nor a garden—but a mere cheap unfinished wood picnic table right in front of the hotel on a busy street. We decided to sit inside instead of at the picnic table, and had a decent time with sub par food. However, the service was fantastic!

    We went to the W-Lounge just before a show at the Wilbur. The ambiance was fun, the drinks were tasty, the servers were incredibly friendly and super helpful, and the food was delicious. We’ll be back.

    I was so disappointed. I had hoped for a unique and curated experience as I was led to expect based on the advertising. Instead, it was a shoddy table on the street with a very poor menu and nothing special at all. Wasted night in Boston.

    It was an upbeat place to go for a quick bite and drink before a show. The menu isn't large, but there does seem to be something for everyone. We ended up sitting inside which is a comforting atmosphere.

    We booked an “experience” which was not anything special at all. Food was good and arrived quickly, however we were brought the wrong sliders and did not have time to ask for an exchange. It was advertised that waitstaff would be wearing masks, ours was not. When I asked him what the experience was, he said basically it is just the signage, etc. Overall it was a let down considering how well marketed it was. Would have booked Beehive instead.

    The W Lounge - Veuve Clicquot Secret Garden is not a secret. It's basically outdoors on the side of the W Boston on a busy city street. So don't expect a garden like setting. The food was mediocre for a W brand. I had the Buddha Bowl. The meal looked appealing but failed to please. The chicken was done well, the mango was hard (not riped) the sweet potatoes under cooked. However the saving grace of our evening was the waiter. He was exceptional (Jose). I would recommend the W Lounge for the drinks and music after 9pm.

    If I could give it a lower rating I would. Firstly, the experience that was booked was unavailable because of rain, which is understandable but we didn’t get a heads up. Secondly, the drink was unbearable and disappointing to say the least, the ambience feels like a dead has been bar. The service was okay, can’t complain about that.
