   The chicken wings were amazing. The bone marrow dish was excellent. The black fish was not great. The fish was a little overcooked IMO. I like my fish to be tender. The pecan pie was great minus the cheese. I can see how some people might like it but I just ate the ice cream. The service wasn’t great, we waited a good while before someone came over to take our order. The couple next to us arrived an entire hour later than us and got their food at the same time we did. I think the problem was the specific waiter rather than an overall issue with the restaurant.

   Some of the best food we had in CDMX. Tacos Mcallan and the beans and cheese are off the charts. The natural orange wine from Aguascalientes is prrfect for the menu.

   Solid food, but atrocious service. We were told no reservations available when calling the restaurant only for find many on open table. When arrived our waiter shook his head at every choice we made and was eager to usher us out of the restaurant -despite trying to have a nice dinner our meal lasted 51min.

   El Capitán Benjamin fue muy grosero. Tuve que regresar el pescado ya que el pedazo que me tocó no estaba bueno, por ende no estaba cocido adecuadamente. Es una lástima ya que el resto de la comida y el servicio fueron muy buenos.

   La comida excelente, sabores muy bien equilibrados con mucho umami, vale lo que cuesta. Del ambiente nuestra queja es hacia la mesa que nos dieron, en un rincón pegado a la cocina, se sentía (y se veía) el calor de las brasas a un metro de nuestras espaldas. Para haber hecho una reservación esperábamos una mejor mesa, principalmente porque visiblemente habían otras mesas disponibles en el restaurante.
