   The service was perfect for our large group, and we had a room to ourselves. The menu choices were mostly fine, but a few of the group thought some of the items, such as a brisket sandwich, were dry. Also the price was at the upper end for this type of place, though one has to keep in mind that it is right at the golf course, so there is a lot to be said for that convenience. I will be glad to come here again, just with a few folks or for the group - just saying honestly these couple of things.

   The restaurant was closed for renovation when we arrived for our reservation. Horrible lack of communication between open door and the restaurant. Left us at 7pm on New Year's Eve without a place to go for dinner. Unbelievable!

   I booked my reservation thru Open Table. I received confirmation. WHEN I ARRIVED THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. THE RESTAURANT WAS CLOSED!!!

   We walked in with a holiday family dinner reservation to a sign that read “Seat Yourself”. We flagged someone down and asked about where we should sit as all the tables sat 4 or less. They moved a few together and other than bringing out our “online order” that was the last we saw of anyone. The staff does not spend time in the dining room making sure guests needs are met. If you need anything you must order additional items off the website or track down a server from the kitchen/expo area. It’s not a place I’d go for dinner again.

   Very disappointed. A favorite place in the past, but now remote ordering has made it more impersonal. We were able to track down staff for menu clarification and he was very helpful. Unfortunately we wanted to order pizza and they were out at 6pm.

   Our dinner was super delicious, but the service was a bit underwhelming. We were never revisited to see if we needed any refills, etc., and while we understand these are still trying times for the service industry, there seemed to be enough employees that could've checked on the few tables where customers were sitting. This still will not detract us from coming back; we love Von Ebert Brewing and the beer and food is worth a visit, no matter what.

   All around great experience. The one fault was the paperless ordering service was a tad "wonky" multiple people at our table had items on separate tabs that belonged to the others' tabs. We worked it out in the end but was confusing at first. They did explain that the system is kind of new, and they hadn't worked out the bugs and familiarized each server as deeply as they needed to...It takes time.

    I enjoy von Ebert and it is great for a group. On this occasion, I made a reservation so our entire group could sit together. There were other groups within our organization that made reservations as well. And instead of setting up individual tables, the restaurant told us we could have the patio, which is not what we wanted. We needed to be in small groups at individual tables, which is why we set up tables. When we asked for this, the servers and other staff told us we were free to move the tables. It was fine and I don't mind doing stuff like that, especially knowing many places are short on staff right now. But it was frustrating that we made the reservation and had to do all the set up anyway. What's the point of accepting reservations if they aren't honored? It was frustrating, but ultimately was fine.

    We show up at the time of our reservation and they didn’t have a table. “You can sit outside. It’s at least under the heat lamp.” What’s the point of a reservation if they don’t reserve a table?

    The hostess was quite rude and informed us that she did not have a reservation for us and that the restaurant was closing early that night so we couldn’t sit in the dining room. It all worked out because there was plenty of seating in the bar and the bartender was much more pleasant to deal with.

    It’s fun, lively and well organized with plenty of people helping out with our large group. The service was fast even though the place was packed. Highly recommend this place.

    We had a party of 10. Two of the meals came 15 minutes AFTER the bulk of the meals were served, one, of which, was a meal for my 3 year old. During that 15 min, we could not even find our server. Then after the two late meals arrived, she was there every 5 min. She did Give us a free dessert for by brother’s birthday.

    Great food. Sat next to the indoor fireplace. It wasnt lit, but a very cool breeze was flowing through it. Asked if they could close the flew. Not only cols they bot close it, they couldn't light the fire either. Made for a chilly birthday dinner. Other than that, ita a great place to eat. Love the pretzel and the impossible burger!

    Food was slightly over priced, especially happy hour menu. I got the brisket sandwich and it was way too rich. It would have tasted much better without the rich cheese. I ended up only eating the meat and not the bun. Service was great though, especially since we had such a large party.

    Von Ebert Brewing made our Book Club feel welcomed and so special. We were able to have a lively discussion and have a lovely visit between friends. It was early afternoon and we had the back room to ourselves. We had a yummy lunch, assorted beverages and appetizers. The service was excellent and all the staff were super friendly. We will definitely do again!

    The patio and environment are fantastic. The food is similar to the level of pub food offered at other pub/breweries. The service was a bit slow, I never mind waiting for food so that’s not the problem. The slowness I’m speaking about is acknowledgment, it took around 10 minutes for anyone to even bring water and tell us they would be back, if it were busy this would be understandable but it was a pretty slow evening to where the hostess even chuckled that I made a reservation. So to sit for time without even a “I’ll be right with you” seemed off, especially when one server was at the table next to us speaking to some regulars or friends since it didn’t seem work related.

    We went during happy hour, 3-6, 9-closing, and enjoyed 4 awesome plates. The smash burger is really big for a happy hour entre and super tasty. The chicken wings were really good with a good glaze and finish, they used like the whole chicken wing so not scrawny pieces. We had the streak bites on top of the ensalata de casa. Great flavors. The streak bites were seasoned perfectly and melt in your mouth. The lemon cilantro vinegerette on the salad made it delicious. Matt Z was our server, the guy knows his stuff and it's very friendly.

    The menu seems different. The food was not good, 5 plates out of 5 not as good as before. I brought people from out of town and everyone was disappointed. Unfortunately I won't be back.
