Amsterdam's Volt is a popular dining destination for its creative and contemporary take on global cuisine, served in its friendly and stylish restaurant. The squid with bomba rice, chorizo and tomato sauce and the duck breast salad with green asparagus and raspberry dressing make tantalizing starters. Some of Volt's specialty entrée dishes include the turbot fish with potato mousseline and soubise, the shiitake mushroom vegetable dumplings with tangy kimchi and teriyaki sauce and the pan-fried steak bavette in béarnaise sauce served with a potato cookie, all of which are perfect with a cold draft beer.
