    Excellent, attentive service. Food was good (probably should’ve ordered something else), dessert was amazing! Would recommend the cheesecake and tiramisu!

    Great evening out to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. We are frequent visitors to Volare and are always blown away by the care taken in the food preparation. We started with the bruschetta which we had never had before. It was outstanding and will definitely be ordering again. Entrees were the Short Rib and the Sea Bass fish special. Both were outstanding but the short rib was a favorite with the beets. My wife didn't thing she liked beets until she tried them with the short rib. She is hooked now on beets now! The sea bass was cooked perfectly and the accompanying sides of spinach and polenta were well executed and wonderful. To our surprise, our server brought us a complimentary heath bar cheesecake for dessert. Once again we were blown away with the execution of this dessert as it was simply outstanding!!!

    Excellent night with great food and service! We came in on a friend’s recommendation and the experience started with a warm welcome at the door. We ordered several of the nights specials from our servers suggestions and left feeling completely happy. We will be back soon.

    This was highly recommended to us as a place we should definitely spend our 26th wedding anniversary. We were honestly disappointed. We were greeted by the table assistant and brought water and bread. It took our server over 20 minutes to come to our table. He looked and spoke like we had just woken up from a nap; incredibly disheveled. His left index finger was swollen and red and he had a dirty bandaid on it; completely gross. He mumbled the specials to us and because we really couldn’t understand what he was saying, ordered off the menu. We heard the waiter at the table next to us recite off all of the special appetizers and entrees with such clarity and finesse and we were quite disappointed we hadn’t received the same level of detail from our server. My husband’s veal saltimbocca arrived and the edges were crispy and burnt. He had to ask multiple times to have his drink refilled. He asked at the end of our meal if we were celebrating anything and we had clearly stated on our reservation that it was our 26th wedding anniversary. But he didn’t have a clue. Said he would have the chef make us a special dessert; it was a piece of cheesecake off the menu. Just incredibly disappointed from start to finish; especially when it was obvious the food and service must be something special because the place was packed. We wish we had been given the same experience.
