Have been using this as a perfect casual spot and it never disappoints! Always above and beyond service especially management! The manager Jonathon always makes sure I am well taken care of! Great place highly recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful night at Volare! Live music, unique drinks, amazing food. Everyone was welcoming and made our first visit worth the drive. We will make this a must every time we visit Louisville. Cannot express how much fun we had, thank you!

As expected, our dinners were perfectly delicious. Our server, Gary, was most attentive. Drinks were made as requested. And a young server was kind enough to take our picture in front of the Christmas to record our tradition with family from outside Chicago. They LOVE Volare too and request it when in town.

Our party of six dined at Volare the night before Thanksgiving. From the warm welcome at the handy valet parking all the way through delicious, quality meals for each of us (one of whom requires gluten-free), we were impressed with the service and the food. The portions are quite large -- everyone brought home enough for a second dinner which was equally tasty to the first.

Our son chose Volare as the place to celebrate his birthday. We thought the food was overpriced for what is was. Capellini di Sorrento was very blend. No hints of basil, garlic or lemon. Just a lot of cream. The Saltimbocca Vitelli was very salty and the broccoli didn’t look very appetizing. The roasted duck was good but my husband didn’t care for the Gorgonzola risotto. The appetizer were good in size and tasted fine. Our waiter did a fine job taking care of us thought.

VOLARE, is an excellent restaurant. Chef Josh’s creations are amazing. The Ribeye was superb. The pasta pappardelle and sauce were heavenly . We started with blue fin tuna crudo was amazing as it was caught that day.. Definitely worthy of all accolades given.

Apps were good, I got the pasta special and it was an absolute joke. It was described at a white sauce bolognese with peppers and other good stuff, ended up coming out as just beef that looked like a pile of cat food on top of bow tie noodles… no sauce, no vegetables… just meet and noodles… VERY disappointed

Volare is already one of my favorite restaurants. The server we had ( I think Jacob) was cordial, knowledgeable and explained everything in complete detail. Some of my friends were first time visitors, they said they will definitely come again.

Every course of the meal was exceptional. The food was delicious, well prepared and plated beautifully. Our server was outstanding. The restaurant was a little loud and he bent forward so that we could hear him and he could hear us. It's the little things like that which can make or break service. He also recognized that it was our anniversary. He picked out a perfect dessert and brought it to our table. It was just a lovely evening all the way around.

The food and service were great as expected. Our only complaint was the seating. We were there for our 10-year anniversary and we were placed at a table directly next to the bar and their seating. We could hear the conversations of the people at the bar tables next to us. For an anniversary we would have expected to have been placed at a better location.

Everything was perfect. The food was wonderful. The wine list was very nice. Service was EXCELLENT. our server Beth was instrumental in our wonderful night. She made excellent food and wine recommendations and took excellent care of us. We met friends from STL, we are from Nashville, in Louisville for dinner and a concert. An excellent night! Thank you.

We love Volare, whether it's a simple visit at the bar for drinks and a light meal, or at a table with friends for a full dinner. Food and service is always exceptional. Jonathan is an excellent leader and is always accommodating for special needs. All service people are well trained and exceptional in service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Extremely friendly and professional staff all around. The food was delicious!! Large portions. They custom made me a pasta primavera dish that was the best I have ever had. Very clean facility. We will be going back here when in Louisville again.

Always a great time at Volare’s - service, ambience, and entrees are exceptional. Honestly, you’ll feel like royalty. Cannot thing of any other place that even comes close. Highly recommend Volare’s, and OpenTable - you need to get reservations in advance. Popular is an understatement
