    Great experience. Pablo, our waiter, was very nice and responsive. My bolognese was the best I’ve ever eaten. Great gem of a restaurant. Go you won’t be disappointed!

    Great experience for my wife’s birthday. All the entrees were tasty and enjoyed by the entire group. Michael, our server, was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu and any questions we had.

    Always good, but last nights meal was superb. Josh is a great chef and Jonathan is a great restaurateur. Kudos to Volare for a fun evening with great food.

    Food is superb! Garry, our waiter, was on point. Volare never disappoints. This is by far the best Italian food in Louisville hands down.

    Our waiter Garry was wonderful. Very attentive and was helpful getting our food perfect. The sea-bass is always perfection
