Overlooking the runway at Scottsdale Airport! Join us for unparalleled views and dining for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch!

PATIO SEATING REQUESTS- As the patio is a high demand area with very limited space we cannot guarantee patio seating. Additionally, in order to accommodate all of our guests' seating preferences our patio seating is limited to an hour and a half for parties of four or less, and two hours for parties of five or more. You may add a note for preference for patio seating to your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate that request when you arrive. If patio seating is not available at your reservation time you may let the hostess know that you would prefer to go on the waiting list for a seat outdoors.

PARKING - We have a large, covered parking lot across from our building. This area can be utilized by the entire Aviation Business Center including Volanti Restaurant, the City of Scottsdale Airport staff, our venue, and United States Customs.

The setting is unique and lots of people want to sit outside to watch the jets land and take off. For that Volanti gets 3 stars. I food has its highs and lows. Short rib dishes are excellent as is the Shrimp Tower, and Asian concoction of rice, shrimp and teriyaki sauce moulded in the shape of a cylinder and presented standing up...Much of the other food is average. A place to go to once for lunch or dinner but we will probably not rush to go back.

Both stops here for a Sunday brunch in the past two months have consisted textbook service, an elevated atmosphere, and consistently excellent food. Everyone’s left raving

The food was relatively poor, service was average at best. For the price,the food and service quality was not up to standard. The only silver lining was the ambiance.

Saturday Evening 5:30 PM. Party of four. We elected a booth inside, in retrospect, out side seating would have probably been better. Once seated we had an inordinate amount of time before waitress acknowledged our table. We had to request water and menus. She did take our drink order which came out fairly quickly. After drinks served, waitress disappeared, actually serving people seated outside (where most of the action was) Four dinners ordered. Two were very good and two not so good. The Shrimp Scampi was certainly not what would be expected. Five colossal ship in a broth along with bread for dipping. Shrimp were very tough (over cooked) and not very tasty. the other dinner was labeled tuna bowl on the menu, what was actually served as Tuna Poke or some facsimile there of. We requested two to go boxes. Waitress brought out the one box and a plastic container for the shrimp scampi. We were surprised that no effort was made to place the dinners in the containers until specifically requested. We than had to ask for a bag to carry these containers. This is a high scale establishment but the service did not live up to its hype. If and when we return it will be for only happy hour and will be seated outside (seem that is where the best service is)

What a fantastic place to eat and enjoy the airport experience. I take my mother in law and wife every three weeks. My father in law was a fighter pilot and mom loves the remembrances of her husband, as a pilot. So, selecting this place was an easy choice. Add, the service, food and atmosphere and there you have it!

We’ve eaten here before for brunch and really enjoyed it. Definitely different experience for dinner. The food was adequate, but the service was lacking. We had to ask for our drinks several times, took forever to bring ice for the waters and never checked back in during the meal.

Hamburger was way too salty Server was helpful in replacing with a better product Odor in ladies room was terrible! I was unable to share this feedback with anyone as staff were unavailable

Overall exceptional experience, the food was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Server was very pleasant and provided such great experience as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend
