   Read about Volanti in an aviation magazine article and just had to check it out. Overlooks the transient aircraft parking at Scottsdale Airport. Not only did we have a scrumptious lunch, prompt and friendly service, in an attractive space, we got to watch the flow of general aviation aircraft coming and going. From modest Cessna 172’s to $50M Gulfstreams and everything in between. This will be a todo whenever we’re in the area.

   Family from out of town all getting together. Great meal and great service. Have dined here before and will always come back Great margaritas and great Volanti burgers. And the airport is the extra bonus!

   We're regulars at Volanti because of the amazing food, staff, and ambiance but our last visit was to celebrate a very special day for my family and once again, the INCREDIBLE staff at Volanti pulled out all the steps to make us feel special, valued, and to help us create memories that will last a lifetime. One of the BEST restaurants in the Valley. We love Volanti!

    We went for brunch. The food was good but the drinks seemed a bit overpriced. The space is very light and modern, and being at the airport overlooking the runway and mountains was unique, but every time the door to the balcony opened you were hit with a big whiff of jet fuel. I don't know how the people outside stood it.

    Our first time to Volanti. Really a great experience. The view overlooking the Scottsdale runway was fun, the ambiance was really nice and everyone loved their entrees. Will definitely be back soon.

    A much better place for a drink than dinner. The prices are high and the portions are large. Felt that the wait staff was slow but competent. I thought the food was tasty, but perhaps not tasty enough to justify the price. Perhaps a sign of the times.

    Patio has a great view of the airport and surrounding mountains. Food was excellent. We had crudités to start. Wife had carmelized scallops which she loved. I had the filet and very much liked the blue cheese sauce on the side. There is occasional noise from aircraft starting or parking near the restaurant but part of the fun is watching the planes. It is expensive compared to similar dishes in other restaurants but I think you are paying for the ambiance. There is an alcove by the entrance which describes the history of the airfield during World War Two. Recommended

    We are an aviation family (right down to the 2-year old) and our visit was so much fun! Food was great and the wait-staff was just outstanding! No kidding, they were wonderful; so attentive and responsive (in this day and age--WOW!). We had super time and will definitely be back!

    Our first visit; took our grandson to celebrate his 16th birthday. I didn’t know what to expect ..It was a blast. We enjoyed observing the private planes arriving and departing. The food was excellent, unique and very fresh. The servers were very attentive. We will def be back.

    Our experience was great but this place left me confused... Food was delicious, buratta and the meatballs OMG- drinks were good too. Service a little casual given the price tags but they were nice. But it was empty on a Saturday night! So strange, I don't know why! My boyfriend is a pilot and loved watching the planes take off and land. Also the paper napkins and plastic seeming cutlery were a little strange but I can look past it. I would come again for a chill dinner.

    Always such an amazing time coming here! The atmosphere is so amazing with being right on the runway. It can be a little noisy with the jets going but... that's why you go there for that experience! If you are more sensitive to noise, sitting inside would be just as cool of an experience and take care of the noise level! MUST ORDER: The Triangle drink, it comes with an edible flower that makes for a one of a kind experience!

    So great to grab a steak and wine for an after-work date! I LOVE the bread and olive oil as a starter. The filet was great and I had a nice glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. My boyfriend loved the seared salmon as well. Also got the butter cake for dessert which was delicious!!!

    We were met by two very professional hostesses! One noticed I was a pilot and arranged a seat on the balcony and the waiter made sure we had a heater at our table for my wife. Our waitress was exceptional. We had the filet, Bone-in ribeye, and pork chop. The food and drinks were also exceptional. We were jet washed once by a very fancy G5 but hey we were there to see the planes and it’s an airport! That jet wash however did number on the heaters and hanging lamps on the balcony. It also sent napkins and a couple fluted glasses over at a table. It was the pilots fault for sure, kind of a jerk move really as they just landed for a customs clearance. The N-Number was N913GG and I’m sure the pilots egos were as large as the purchase price of the jet. D-Move dude!

    We had a party of 10 which we knew would fit at the high top but we could only make reservations for 8 max online. Amanda was great and everyone enjoyed their food from the hamburger, sea bass, salmon to filet mignon. We dined at dusk so the view of the mountains was beautiful. Overall great time watching the helicopters and jets takeoff and land too!

    A hidden Gem in Scottsdale! The staff was so wonderful and acknowledged us as soon as we got there. The food was amazing and HUGE portions for a great price. Drinks were a little pricey but not extreme. My whole group said these were the best fries and espresso martinis we have ever had!!
