   First time dining at VIVO with my mom, the food was absolutely delicious and our waitress was very attentive and sweet. Will definitely come back again, thank you for a wonderful experience!

   Our waitress, Victoria, was great, as was the food. We had the good fortune to meet Kevin Mattner, president of Masterpiece Caterers, a true gentleman. We chatted for an hour, about life, weddings and Masterpiece.

   Very disappointed by the slow service. After appetizers, we actually stacked the plates and utensils for the service person to remove. Took them 10 minutes to remove!

   Judging from past visit to this restaurant, the service was a bit slower. We waited a long time just to place our drink order.

   Servers forgot to give my mom birthday desert as i indicated in my OpenTable reservation and then twice in person as i stepped out during the meal. Astounding. And they were not apologetic at all.

   We sat at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party . We met the owner who was very kind . Our table was ready , they didn’t rush us while we waited for our party . The food was delicious, one wasn’t too thrilled with his dish , and the staff was quick to take it back , no charge and replaced it with something to his liking . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Food and drinks were very good . Desserts were excellent!!

    All the fish dishes were outstanding. The restaurant was hopping on a Friday evening.
